A spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a modern build. It has its own balcony overlooking the Regents canal and communal garden. There is a bright open plan living area and kitchen with dining table comfortably seating 4.The main bedroom has en suite bathroom with bath tub and a separate shower. There is a 2nd bathroom with a shower, W/C and basin. Now with fast speed Virgin media internet. The apartment is ideally placed for exploring the city or for a business trip that requires easy access to central London. There are good transport links; Angel tube station is about a 10 minute walk away. You will find everything that you need within walking distance, shops, restaurants etc.

Clean and relaxing near in nice location

This was a fantastic place to stay for our three weeks in London. Myself, my husband, my mother in law, and my son (1 year old) all enjoyed the apartment very much. Plenty of space, and having the two bathrooms was great for us. The apartment was clean, very close walking to the bus lines, and not a bad walk to the tube, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. They had a nice Christmas market and antiques market in the area as well. There is a playground right next to the building if you have kids, and plenty to see walking along the canal and through Angel. Warren was very responsive, and had kindly arranged for things like a high chair, travel crib, and outlet covers. The only real drawback we had was the apartment being very warm, which I think was an issue of having the other apartments heated too much nearby, as the floor heat was never even turned on while we were staying there. We opened the windows often to let in fresh air, and it was nice being warm when it was often cold and windy outside near the canal way. I would certainly stay here again.

Overall a great place to stay at.

A great place to stay for a family with two children. A very well equipped apartment with plenty of space, located at a quite street off the main busy traffic road. Angel and Islington is a great area with lots of nice places to discover, yet close to the center of London.

Warren was very helpful and everything went very efficiently.

Wonderful Stay!

My two adult daughters and I spent almost a week in this beautiful apartment in April 2016. We do a lot of research (reading reviews on various sites, checking the locations, etc.) prior to renting apartments for vacations and this apartment was definitely at the top of our list. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable (a queen in one room and twins in the other), two bathrooms (huge plus for getting ready in the mornings), and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. There are food markets near the tube stop and one just around the corner from the apartment.

The view is great, overlooking a canal with waterfowl, etc. They're constructing a small building across the canal, but the windows and door out onto the deck are soundproof. The area is quiet and safe, with a children's park close to the building. The Angel Station is a little walk, about 15 to 20 minutes - close enough to walk to, yet far enough away that you are removed from the different atmosphere that surrounds tube stations. There are two ways to walk to the station, one being along the canal which is a quiet, beautiful, pleasant walk. The other is on a busier street, so more people walking around as well. We quite often walked to Angel along the canal and back to the apartment at night on the busier street - both ways take about the same amount of time.

Warren was great to work with and has everything very organized, with a booklet on how to use the different appliances and information on the surrounding area. Our plane landed at 11:00 AM and we were worried about the 3:00 PM check-in. Since the apartment hadn't been rented out the night before, Warren let us check-in early, so that we could head out sight-seeing. He had also offered for us to drop our luggage off, if that wasn't going to be possible. Everything was great - we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again...

Owner's Response: Many thanks for your review! The only comment I would add is that I have timed the walk(at a very easy pace) to Angel station, walking near the canal, at 8 minutes. It can easily take longer if you stop and look at life on the water!

great location, sunny, spacious

my husband and I brought our twin 13 year-old grand-daughters for a week in March. It was their first time in Europe. They were soon comfortable going to buy groceries or ice cream in the neighborhood, and take the bus back from Angel tube station -- all by themselves! The layout of the apartment was ideal for the four of us: privacy for all of us and plenty of room in the kitchen and living areas. Warren was very helpful and all was clean and well-appointed. all together, a great experience.

Had everything we needed!

The flat was absolutely perfect for our recent stay in London. It was fully equipped with everything we needed.

The location was perfect, minutes from the bus stops and a 10 minute walk to the Angel station. The Co-op was a short walk and we stopped in there daily for anything we needed. Restaurants were close by. As for the noise, when the windows were closed, we could not hear the road noise. Since we like to sleep in a cool room, we did open the window at night. Only then did you hear noise from the street, but this is a city after all! It's not a busy street, so it wasn't a problem for us. We remarked several times throughout our stay, how nice it was to have this great space to come home to. Warren was wonderful from start to finish. Really couldn't be happier with our stay!

Only 10 minutes walk from Angel Tube station. This modern and fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment offers an ideal base for a site seeing vacation or business trip. Local attractions include shopping in Upper Street, Chapel street market, Saddlers Wells theatre, Camden passage, various restaurants in Exmouth St market and the Almeida theatre. You can walk to the Barbican centre, St Pauls, Millennium bridge and Tate Modern on the river Thames in 30 minutes. There are also good bus services near by.
