A spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a modern build. It has its own balcony overlooking the Regents canal and communal garden. There is a bright open plan living area and kitchen with dining table comfortably seating 4.The main bedroom has en suite bathroom with bath tub and a separate shower. There is a 2nd bathroom with a shower, W/C and basin. Now with fast speed Virgin media internet. The apartment is ideally placed for exploring the city or for a business trip that requires easy access to central London. There are good transport links; Angel tube station is about a 10 minute walk away. You will find everything that you need within walking distance, shops, restaurants etc.

Week stay for Highschool Grad Trip!

The flat is nicely appointed with everything you need for a lovely week in London. The view from the main room overlooks regents Canal and garden. Warren, the Manager, is very welcoming and helpful. Like staying here very much with 2 teens and my niece.

Great location, great flat as good as it looks in the pictures and perhaps even better.

We had a 8 days in the flat with relatives so we could attend a family wedding and so our Canadian relatives could see some of the sights. The flat exceeded our expectations being clean and as per the description. We even had some basic kitchen things provided. We must mention Warren who let us in, showed us all the facilities and was very helpful and professional.

Add to this a lovely outlook over the canal basin and easy proximity of the Angel tube station and all the shops nearby and we heartily recommend this place.

We will certainally put this at the top of our list when coming back to London.

Great home away from home!

Warren's flat was the perfect place for my friend and I to stay while visiting London. I had previously lived in the neighborhood, so it was so important to me to have a location close to all the places I loved. The flat itself is clean, spacious, secure, and well kept.

Warren was an excellent host and communicator, making sure I had all the best information to get to the flat, and providing plenty of communication about everything within the flat as well. He was extremely helpful and responsive, and provided everything we could want, and more.

Our favorite part about staying in this flat was that it overlooked the canal basin, where we could watch an adorable duck family. It may seem silly, but it's so nice to have those quiet moments when you're on a busy city vacation. This flat truly felt like a serene oasis, and I would absolutely recommend it and would stay again.

A Perfect London Hide Away

I loved this apartment and the service was wonderful (although they may not like me as much as I like them.) The apartment was large. In fact, much larger than the pictures imply to me. The apartment is listed as sleeping 4 (but for 2 nights we slept 5, thus the comment above).

The neighborhood near the apartment was spectacular. I especially think the neighborhood is great for children. Right next door to the apartment was a playground which my kids (7 and 5) took advantage of two mornings when we were not quite ready to start our adventures.

The walk to the Angel Tube Station was, possibly, a little longer than I would have like with children (10 - 12 minutes with my children, 7-9 without), but the streets seem very safe and the path to the tube station was very pretty. The area around Angel had all of the amenities that one with a family or a group could needed -- 2 large grocery stores, coffee shops, pharmacies, restaurants, shopping options, etc.

One thing to note about transportation though is that unless you are taking the Northern Line (which basically runs into the City) you need to change tubes at King's Cross/St. Pancras for most of the touristy sites. These stations are a very congested transportation hub and the walk between the tube lines can sometimes be rather long. I did not mind, but some may.

One last thing to note is that the floors in the hallway creek. If there is someone who is an early riser and the others tend to sleep later, the creaking is very noticeable and could wake up the others in the party.

Perfect for our family

Our family of 4 (traveling with 20 and 18 year old children) booked this apartment and we couldn't have been happier. It was immaculately clean, well equipped and located in an ideal community. The second bedroom had twins perfect for our son and daughter. The master had a separate bathroom so we did not have to share with the kids :). The kitchen was perfect for preparing a wick breakfast before starting our adventures or a snack upon our return. Having the washer/dryer was also a great help. We used the tube daily and the walk walk close and simple. On a few occasions we used the car service recommended by the owner and it was punctual and efficient. We enjoyed the area in the evening relaxing in one of the pubs nearby. We particularly enjoyed The York. Overall a great stay. Would definitely rebook this apartment for future stays.

Only 10 minutes walk from Angel Tube station. This modern and fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment offers an ideal base for a site seeing vacation or business trip. Local attractions include shopping in Upper Street, Chapel street market, Saddlers Wells theatre, Camden passage, various restaurants in Exmouth St market and the Almeida theatre. You can walk to the Barbican centre, St Pauls, Millennium bridge and Tate Modern on the river Thames in 30 minutes. There are also good bus services near by.
