Fully furnished 1350 sq ft plus 120 sq ft lanai overlooking water, with Marina and Fisherman’s village on the left and only water in front and on the right. Full dining room and large living room. Full kitchen with granite and stainless steel. Wood or composite burning fireplace. Two (2) bedrooms, one on the water and the other set up as den with sofa that converts into double bed. TVs in living and den. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Covered parking space and heated swimming pool with waterfall.

We are a couple who lived in this unit for 7 years and have moved to a first story unit still in Punta Gorda. All our renters have either re-rented for the following year, or actually bought units in Punta Gorda.

What makes this condo unique

Only 12 units in this very nice condo. Friendly neighbors all. Direct access to everything. Free Guitar Army (3-6 groups) concerts free every Thursday evening. Walk along shore to downtown. Lots of biking and shopping right in front of house. In fact, Punta Gorda makes bicycles available for free from Marina (100 yds away). Availability is limited though, so get there early for free bikes.

Excellent location at end of historic district with marina and Fisherman's Village within 200 yards. Punta Gorda is really into biking, with several bike trails, one is 24 mi. The best deal I offer is a six month rental for $20,000, no tax, no cleaning fee.

Refundable damage deposit $3,500
Cleaning Fee $150

3 month minimum rental during high season. Once reservation is confirmed, there is no refund under any condition.
The reason is that units like this rent far in advance and I have to take it off the market once it is booked. Upon completion of the reservation and no damage, the deposit will be returned.

Punta Gorda is a cute city of about 20,000. Very, very well managed and very friendly. Impossible to do everything the community and surrounding area offer.
