This charming and cheery newly renovated apartment is located in the heart of the fashionable left bank in the 6th, the St Germain Des Prés area, just one block from the Luxembourg gardens. Large french windows in each room overlook open and airy courtyards.
This apartment comprises a living/dining room, a small open-plan kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It sleeps up to 4 people as there is a separate bedroom as well as a double fold-out sofa in the living room.

This quiet and charming 1 bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor, the main entrance gate is protected by a security system and an intercom.
The location was perfect for this small apartment. Very close to the Metro and within walking distance to most everything we wanted to see. Great market, bakery, and restaurant within a stone's throw. Was nervous that it would be too small for the four of us but it was fine. Two of us just had to use our suitcases as storage. Since it was inside the courtyard, it was pretty quiet and private. Kitchenette was adequate, it was not sparkling clean but fine, and no dryer are the three drawbacks. The owner was very responsive and I would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay for four nights!
It was in a fabulous location, close to restaurants and Metro stop. We liked the ground floor and it felt very secure as it opened to a locked inner courtyard area. The building had a very nice mixture of old and new, as the bathroom was new and clean. The only problem we had was the washing machine left our clothes soaked with water. It took two days over the heaters to get them dry but I still gave it 5 stars for the value.
In the heart of the 6th this gem is QUIET, well appointed and comfortable. Perfect for my husband & I in the master and our 11 yr old on the fold out sofa in living room. GREAT location. Well priced. Very comfortable and has charm. Small kitchen is perfect for coffee/tea and breakfast goodies picked up from the market down the street in the morning. Space to store luggage is helpful. Extras that were appreciated include umbrellas, hair dryer and extra sheets/towels.
Situated in the center of the 6th district, the apartment is within easy walking distance from both St-Germain-des-Prés area and Montparnasse area. St-Germain-des-Prés offers the best shopping in Paris, with numerous exclusive stylish fashion shops, designer boutiques, bookstores and antique dealers. The renowned Montparnasse neighborhood was prized by great artists and writers such as Picasso, Matisse, Modigliani, and Hemingway in the 1920s and 1930s, and is now known as the theater district, with many bars and restaurants.
In the streets around, you will find many diverse restaurants and cafes, bookstores and food stores. The nearby Bon Marché department store has a wonderful food hall, 'la Grande Epicerie de Paris', one of the capital's largest gourmet food store. A renowned open air market - Paris' first organic food market held every Sunday morning on Bd Raspail - is also steps from your flat.
One of the most delightful aspects of this apartment is its proximity to the Luxembourg Gardens.
The Luxembourg Gardens offer great benefits including walking, relaxing in the park, admiring the various statues and sculptures, or playing tennis and ping pong.
