Seriously -- this is the one you want. Direct oceanfront upper-floor condominium with spectacular views. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, almost 1,700 square feet of luxurious living space, and a fantastic oceanfront balcony.

Our direct oceanfront, fourth-floor Cinnamon Beach condominium is a new, beautifully decorated, oceanfront apartment condominium that overlooks the Atlantic, miles of beach, and provides nearby access to the intracoastal waterway in a secluded, resort-type setting.

Located on the fourth floor, this single-level unit is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides almost 1,700 square feet of beautifully furnished living space. As you enter the foyer you are greeted by ten foot ceilings, tiled floors, and a breathtaking view of the ocean through the sliding glass door to the balcony.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and is well-equipped with everything you need to make meals and beverages for everyone. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views.

The dining room is ready for candlelight dinners, family gatherings, or anything in between. The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully-equipped entertainment center including a large-screen HDTV.

The three bedrooms and two baths are a split plan for more privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. The master suite off the living room has a king-size bed from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic ocean views. The master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, with a shared bath and generous closet space. One guest room has a queen-size bed and dresser. The other bedroom has a bunk bed combination that sleeps three (double bed on the bottom, single on the top) and a dresser. The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The huge oceanfront balcony is equipped with a dining table and chairs, allowing you to enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean.

This condominium building is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular lap pool and a viewing tower overlooking the ocean. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes the Cinnamon Grille, an excellent fitness facility, a family pool with a spray ground, kiddie pool, a teen center with Foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with a billiards table, all with views of the freshwater lake.

And, of course the beach! Two-and-a-half miles of secluded, semi-private beach literally ten steps from your door. Clean, quiet and undeveloped: You can walk the beach for hours, or grab your boogie board and head out into the waves.

With six area golf courses and the close proximity to the World Golf Village in St Augustine and the TPC at Ponte Vedra, this is truly a golfer's paradise. Add the beautiful cinnamon-colored beach and stunning pools and you have the perfect family vacation location.

Hi, we're John and Elizabeth: Our family owns both Units 853 and 844 in beautiful Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock. Yes, it's a large family, and over the years we have discovered more and more people that seem to be related to us. It may have something to do with owing a vacation property in Florida.

The condominiums are both beautiful direct oceanfront apartments, and you can't go wrong with either one. We've spent time and sweat to make them into gorgeous living spaces. We love them. You will, too.

Lovely condo, wish we could live there year round!

The condo is exactly as described and pictured. Very spacious and open, wonderful view of the ocean, light, bright and comfortable. The condo was clean upon arrival, everything functioned and all the furniture and appliances were in good condition. The beds were very comfortable and my three year old daughter loved the bunk bed.

We have stayed at Cinnamon Beach before and the property is excellent, great beach for kids and very nice pool areas. This condo is closest to pool, very good location. You feel very safe at this condo, it is very quiet, and loved that there were no smokers on the balconies. The owners were pleasant, very responsive, honest, and kind. I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat. Thanks John and Elizabeth!

Perfect accommodations with perfect view!

Everything about this condo is top notch- furnishings, view, comfort, proximity to beach and pool. Owners are amazingly responsive. Our security deposit was refunded the same day we left! This was perfect place to celebrate my birthday and anniversary. Also found fun local dining spots within a few miles. I'm an extremely picky person when it comes to cleanliness and I was very pleased with the condition of the condo as well. Located in very upscale community and we felt extremely safe. Hope to be back again!

Wonderful beach condo

We have stayed at many condos at Cinnamon Beach, and this was one of the nicest. The condo is nicely decorated with a tasteful beach theme. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, dishes, and utensils. The view is wonderful, and we ate dinner on the balcony every night. Our children loved the bunk beds, so that was a nice touch. We had some very minor maintenance issues, and I was very impressed with how quickly these were resolved. This was our first time renting from owners (vs. a rental company) and I feel it was much easier working directly with the owners of this unit. John contacted us quickly to resolve a minor issue and to ensure that things were going smoothly. Overall, this is a lovely condo with wonderful owners. We hope to stay here again in the future.

This is the perfect vacation, was said more than once!!!

We just spent this past week here...myself, my boyfriend and my 2 girls. At least once a day I heard and/or said "this is the perfect vacation". The condo is beautiful and super clean! It had everything you need to stay for a week, and then some. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. Including two coffee makers (a Keurig and regular coffee maker). There are beach towels, chairs and sand toys. There was even a tube my daughter brought to the beach one day. The weather was perfect, every day, and the beach is spectacular! Every day started with a trip to the beach...BEFORE coffee! That's how awesome it is! We have vacationed in Marco Island the last two years and I would come back here, every year, going forward. Working with John, the owner, is a breeze! He is quick to respond to questions and before I unpacked, my deposit was refunded! If you have any doubts, don't. You will be pleasantly surprised and I, guarantee, you won't want to leave. Thank you, John & Elizabeth for allowing us to stay in your home! We will be back!!
