Greetings from the Seamark. Step outside the unit, walk 15 steps and enjoy the beach! This stretch of the beach is so quiet you would think that it is your own private beach. Your unit is on the FIRST FLOOR with reserved parking space 5 feet from your front door! When you are moving your luggage in and out of your car, it is so nice to unpack quickly. Inside you will enjoy sleeping on a king size pillow top bed, and your guests or children can sleep on the pull out queen size sofa sleeper. Your unit is completely furnished with these amenities: 2 flat screen televisions with cable, dvd player, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave oven, blender, pots/pans, dishes, silverware, beautiful walk in shower, dual flush toilet, and lots more.We are one of the few places that allows dogs, as long as they are under 30lbs and house trained. We do not allow smoking inside our unit.
We are approximately 3 miles north of Melbourne Beach and 10 miles south of Cocoa Beach. Within 2-3 blocks, walking distance there is a movie theater, Publix grocery store, hardware store, multiple restaurants, bars, and a shopping plaza.
We do have a 3 NIGHT MINIMUM, no over-nighters, our cleaning service cost $60 to clean a room, so it is not fiscally possible to rent for 1 or 2 nights.
My wife and I live in Orlando and love to stay at our condo when the waves are good. I love to surf, kayak, and fish at the Seamark, while Valerie loves to read a good book, go for a walk, or collect seashells.

Classic Florida charm. It is one of the last remaining 2 story condos on the beach.
Being on the first floor with a parking space right outside the door is a big deal. When you load and unload your car, it is a time saver. In those high rise condos with elevators, I would conservatively estimate that during the course of a week at least 2 hours are wasted waiting for and riding the elevator.
It was like being at my own private beach. The closest sunbathers were literally at least 500 yards away. The condo was very clean and comfortable.
The Seamark is a hidden gem. There are some renters there for a week, some for a month or two and some live there. All the people are super friendly. We got a $15 permit from the city of satellite beach to have a bonfire on the beach! A lot of people showed up with wine, beers, and s'mores. One of the tenants let me borrow his fishing pole and taught me how to catch sand fleas for bait. We had BBQ on the beach too!
$280 for 3 nights plus 11% = $30.80 plus cleaning fee of $60 (assuming that nothing is broken or missing your $100 security deposit will be returned)
$280 + $30.80 + $60= $370.80 around $123.60 a night
Weekl $525 + (11%) $71.50 + (cleaning fee) $60= $781.50 about $111 a night
Month $1365 + (11% Fl resort tax) $150.15 + $60 = $1575.15 about $52.50 a night
Below in the notes section you will find the hidden fees. I like to post them to let you know that exact costs. When many places advertise very low rates per night they sometimes make up for it with other fees. Our rates are very competitive and budget minded.
