Bonnet Creek is the best! It is the only timeshare inside Disney gates which is not Disney vacation club. This means that you get the convenience of the best location in the world without having to pay the Disney price.
The Mediterranean-style villas are comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. With the full kitchen, full-size dining room table, large living room and balcony, it feels like home.
There are six pools, pirate ship, many Jacuzzis, two lazy rivers, playground, complimentary mini golf, kids club and so much more. Fireworks every night.
Going to Bonnet Creek is vacation in itself, but even better than that, had it has Mickey Mouse as a neighbor.
We love walking around the lake and happening upon musical guests or parties. There is always something going on at bonnet Creek. We love the variety of pools. The pool at the Wyndham Hotel has a fire pit and swinging benches. One of the lazy rivers has a water cannon. Tons of shaded Jacuzzis. A playground for adults and kids alike. Having our own kitchen means not having to dine out for every meal. Being inside the gates of Disney means that we can be anywhere in Disney world in short order. The perfect resort for your Orlando vacation.
I just wanted to share a note to thank you for all your support during my recent contact with you when booking my family vacation.
I was looking to book a vacation for my son as a reward for attending an academic day camp for the entire summer. He has worked so hard and deserves to have the best time for the one week he has before starting the next school year!
Given we also have a 22 month old baby, a regular hotel room was not going to be a good fit so I started the hunt for the best possible location that would provide space, comfort, and full facilities like a kitchen and washer dryer. I knew this was going to be a task because there are so many to choose from in Orlando.
I read what feels like hundreds of reviews on hundreds of properties and I kept coming back to the Wyndham Bonnet Creek. Once I started to lean more towards the property, the next task was booking it through a reliable source since there are SO MANY ways to do so and I really needed someone to guide me through this.
I reached out to different realty companies, owners, and went directly to the property with requests and questions and you were TRULY the only person who was not only quick to respond but, genuinely wanted to help. I asked so many questions and you were always very responsive. You helped me be cautious about who I book through and what it means to book through an owner vs. directly through the property. You helped me to be confident in our choice, not only out of your responsiveness and willingness to help but because of personal experience with the property as well.
We are very much looking forward to our trip and are very comfortable with our choice thanks to you!
Thank you again!
2nd time in 3 years staying at Bonnet Creek. Great location and accommodation. Staff great. Pools. Food. Convenient. Transportation is a bit tricky, however, uber worked great door to door to all attractions. Great rate for being on Disney grounds. Hotel has great seafood and steak restaurant. Plenty of activity and music on grounds.
We brought our daughter and her friends to celebrate her birthday. The four of them stayed in the guest room and we stayed in the other bedroom. It was a great getaway -the rental was well priced and because we had a kitchen, we didn't have to eat at the restaurants for every meal. We ate breakfast and dinner in the room. The dining room table was large, so we all could eat together. The girls loved the pools, lazy river, water slides and stayed there all day. At night, we would go to Disney Springs, watch a movie, go to the arcade or watch fireworks. We never went into the Disney parks. It was a great time and we will definitely return.
Booking a vacation villa or condo is the way to go when visiting Orlando. It's a much better alternative to cramming our family of five (parents and teens) into a 2-bedroom hotel. Once you consider that a hotel will also charge probably a $30 resort fee per night, plus $25 parking fee per night, a villa/condo with twice the space is a much better value. I'd rather spend $100-200 for a week of (healthier) breakfast groceries, snacks and drinks, than have a mediocre free breakfast at another hotel property.
Wyndham Bonnet Creek is an upscale, beautiful property with plenty of pools and activities, barbeque areas, pool bars and restaurants. We booked a 3-bedroom presidential suite (2 bedrooms with a king in each, and 1 bedroom with 2 queens) through Heidi at Concierge Realty and it was a very straight-forward process. The room itself was recently upgraded, clean, very spacious and luxurious. Management provided enough coffee filters, dish soap and dishwasher detergent for a week, and laundry soap for a few loads. Kitchen was fully equipped with every appliance and tool one would need including a blender. The location of the property within Disney limits is very convenient- we rented a van so can't comment on the park transportation. Orlando is very spread out so I can't imagine not having a vehicle, unless you were just going to visit Disney parks only.
All in all, the suite we rented helped make our vacation great.
We took the grand-kids to Disney for a week and were a total of four adults and two children. We really wanted to all stay together and not spend a fortune on the hotel. A Disney trip is expensive enough! Long story short: a friend recommended WBCR and I found Concierge Realty.
Heidi Rustic worked to find us a spacious three-bedroom suite on the 12th floor of Tower 5 that was a perfect match for our stay. She was always engaged and very responsive to me and made the entire rental process a breeze. The fact that she tolerated a nudge like me is strong testament to how nice she is!
The place is very well kept and the check in was a breeze. Wyndham does try to sign-up for the timeshare schpiel (with a "gift") but I took a pass on that. they're not overly aggressive about it though.
The kids loved the lazy river pool and we had a blast with them. We ate breakfast in the room every morning except for one day and had a couple of dinners there as well. Parking was plentiful and the drive to the parks was a chip shot...maybe 15-20 minutes total.
A little side story about the Wyndham management. After our arrival and a swim, we made a trip to the nearby Publix for a week's worth of groceries. We stashed perishables in the fridge and hit the hay but before we hit the hay, we noticed that the fridge had mostly conked out. Melted ice cream, warmish milk, OJ, bacon, eggs, cold cuts, mayo and such. A call to the front desk was immediately patched through to the night manager. She (Jennfier?) was wonderful and sent a guy up who hunted for a replacement fridge while we tossed the food.
She asked if we had a receipt which we had fortunately kept. Without batting an eye or uttering a "but," they tallied up the cost of the spoiled food we had to discard (nearly $300) and gave us an AMEX credit card within 24 hours. Other than the trip back to Publix to replace the grub, we thought it was a very classy way to handle the situation. So, props to the WBCR folks!!
We highly recommend Wyndham Bonnet Creek and working with Heidi Rustic at Concierge! Classy people top to bottom.
Wyndham Bonnet Creek is the best! Our family of six had plenty of room in the two bedroom villa - kids stayed in the two queen beds and my husband and I shared the master suite. There was plenty of room for cooking, dining and relaxing in the common area. We loved having laundry in the villa so that we could take care of wet swim suits. Cooking dinner every night saved us a lot of money. We had our groceries delivered so it was really easy. The kids loved the pools here. There are so many of them! Pirate ship with the gradual entry and water was their favorite. We liked it, too, and reserved a cabana one day when we didn't go to the parks. Plenty to do here - water slides, lazy rivers, live music, etc. We loved being so close to the Disney parks! We were fortunate enough to request a fireworks view (EPCOT) and were pleasantly surprised. Buses to Disney ran often, so no need for a car. Best of all, we saved a lot of money reserving at Bonnet Creek instead of at a Disney resort. Heidi was very responsive and made the rental process simple for us. We highly recommend Wyndham Bonnet Creek and working with Heidi!
The condo was gorgeous, plenty big enough for family of four, comfortable, lots of pools and restaurants and I could see the fireworks from Epcot. Beautiful landscaping! Heidi was great to work with. No problems at all
The ONLY non-Disney timeshare inside Disney gates!
Stays of six nights or longer, please.
It's hard to believe that Walt Disney World first opened its gates some 40 years ago. After the Magic Kingdom's unveiling back in 1971, an incredible upsurge in development immediately followed, bringing not only additional theme parks, but also a slew of smaller attractions, world-class hotels, top-notch restaurants, and premier shopping venues that all combine to ensure Orlando is indisputably one of the world's preeminent vacation destinations.
Things to Do
Disney boasts four major theme parks, two water parks, and a shopping/dining/entertainment district. But the Mouse's House is not the only game in town. Take in the action-packed thrills of Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure (the latter home to the wildly popular Wizarding World of Harry Potter), as well as the excitement of Universal's nightclub/restaurant district, City Walk. If you prefer a bit less hustle and bustle, the eco-adventure parks at SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, and Aquatica feature a more laid-back experience. Gatorland, a throwback attraction, lets you take in the beauty of the natural surroundings at a leisurely pace. And the new LEGO LAND Florida immerses visitors in everything LEGO. Orlando also offers recreational activities galore, among them golf (with some of the country's top courses right nearby), indoor surfing, and zip line adventures.
High-end malls such as the Mall at Millenia feature a dizzying array of designer boutiques, while architecturally inviting open-air outlet malls (most notably the Premium Outlets at Vineland and at International Dr.) and an eclectic array of theme-park shops will all give your wallet a workout.
Restaurants & Dining
Celebrity chefs and themed restaurants ensure that dining out is an experience in itself. Sit back and sip a signature martini, soak up sounds of Sinatra, and sink your teeth into a melt-in-your-mouth filet at Ocean Prime (located along the famed Restaurant Row on Sand Lake Rd.), or experience the exotic Asian-inspired surroundings of Emeril's Tchoup Chop, at Universal's Royal Pacific.
Nightlife & Entertainment
Hang out at the clubs at Universal's City Walk (including Latin Quarter, Red Coconut Club, and Jimmy Buffet's Margarita ville), the lounges at Disney (such as Rix and the Outer Rim), or even as far out as downtown Orlando, where bars and dance clubs can be found along Wall Street and Church Street Station. Comedy clubs (Fat Fish Blue, Sak Comedy Club, and even the theatrical antics at Sleuths Mystery Dinner Show) will keep you laughing well into the night.
