We’re also just a 15-minute drive/Uber ride to Downtown Portland, easily accessible to the airport PDX, less than 15 min to the Convention Center, MODA Center, greater Portland adventures, including the resplendent and the beautiful Columbia River Gorge.

There is a fully useful kitchen for your entertaining. Many other handy amenities offer you a chance to have a lighter suitcase: washer/dryer, earplugs, irons, blow dryers and more.
⭐️★ AMPLE SPACE FOR LARGE GROUPS ★ This house is a side by side townhouse- style duplex. You are renting the whole side- a whole house-5 bedrooms, 4 baths, and 2 kitchens over 3 interconnected floors. Noise doesn't transfer to the other side, and you'll have your privacy. Our home features: a street level entrance as long as one on the front porch, 2 distinct living spaces with open concept living areas, two full kitchens, 4 TVs, 5 bedrooms (9+ total beds) and 4 full bathrooms to sleep 10-11 adults (the sweet spot of double occupancy) + children. When needed, we can discuss your guest make-up, as we do have some flexibility for your group’s needs (ie. children/bed layout/extra beds/cribs) Kindly let us know prior to booking if you have any other questions. Large family vacations generally don't happen often, and we want to make sure your experience here is the best. Business and executive guests are most pleased staying here, as well. We have found that for planning purposes, a detailed layout outline (below) is most helpful.
⭐️★ OUTDOOR LIVING + A QUAINT FRONT PORCH ★ A front porch perched above the street is perfect for enjoying a quiet moment to yourself or having a drink and conversation with friends and relatives. The private backyard and deck are great for seasonal BBQ’ing, meals, relaxation, and even fruit-picking.
⭐️★ MINIMUM NIGHTS ★ In all seasons except winter, we generally require a 4- or 5-night minimum, if you will be staying over a portion of a weekend. That said, there are always many exceptions. We’ve rented our home for years, and we’ve learned from experience that your booking goes smoother, your trip is better, and you and everyone in your party are happier, if we communicate prior to booking. Our response time is FAST (usually, under an hour) and, once we’ve discussed your basics (price, group size, availability), we’ll happily finalize your reservation. And if you need to instant book, by all means, please do! Thank you for your understanding.
*For all listings actually located in Portland, we don’t have control over the fact that we have very high lodging taxes. Between the fees for this website and taxes that adds an additional 30% over the rental amount. However, we don't have any sales tax here. So once you arrive, everything you eat, drink and purchase will be at face value. So come and enjoy!

Here’s the breakdown from top floor to bottom:
✺ Upper-level Master Ensuite: King-sized bed, TV, and a private, ensuite bathroom with a shower. Cribs are available, upon request.
✺ Upper-level Twin Room: 2 twin beds (+ possible mattress on floor) This bedroom has easy access to the upper-level hall bathroom with shower and bathtub. In a special occasion, we can lay a mattress on the floor in this upstairs twin bedroom. It’s large enough for a short trip with friends, cousins, and more.
✺ Main-level King Bedroom: King-sized bed and access to a main-level bath next door. This is the only bedroom on this main floor (which is also the living room/kitchen/bathroom level)
✺ Street-level King Bedroom: King-sized bed, TV, and access to the lower-level hallway bathroom. A crib is available, upon request.
✺ Street-level Twin Room: 2 twin beds (+ 1 trundle when needed), shares a bathroom with the lower-level king bedroom.
✺Your cars are welcome. And there is free and easy street parking on our block.
