Great! Water and apt did get pretty cold at times.
The place was great! The view was meh in the beginning of Winter but the apartment was well furnished!
The apartment did struggle to get warm in the cold weather and the water for the bath really did not heat up much after more than a 5 min shower. Also, the dryer was a bit slow if you're crunched on time and need clothes dried.
Hi John, thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review. We truly appreciate your feedback and use it to improve our services. We apologize for the issues you experienced with the water heater. Everyone knows that cold showers are no fun. We will make sure to pass this information along to our maintenance staff in hopes to have them solve this issue. Please don't hesitate to give us a call whenever you are in need of a place to stay in the city. We'd love to host you again.
This condo has everything a couple would need: halfway between downtown and South Congress, comfortable space, access to roof deck and pool, etc. etc.
The unit is nice, clean and in a quiet area
We were pleased with the unit and its good location. Adequate kitchen supplies. Bed was firm and comfortable. Here are some suggestions for improvement:
1. The trash chute needs professional cleaning - quite disgusting
2. The dryer (washer/dryer combo) did not work. After 120 minutes, the towels were still damp. More towels will help
3. The garbage disposal was unbelievably noisy, probably rattled the neighbor below - go buy an upper end quiet model
4. The corrugated metal bathroom door is NOT practical - it rattles. Just put in a plain regular door
Thank you for letting us know about your stay. Sounds like we have a few things to work on to improve our guests' experience. Thank you for letting us know about the issues that occurred during your stay. We will make sure to pass along this information to our staff to ensure that this miscommunication does not happen again.
