Amazing stay!

We had a fantastic stay at the house. We celebrated our wedding there, and could not have chosen a more perfect place. The house itself is incredible, the setting is gorgeous. Guy, the property manager, is the absolute best. He was super responsive, always available to help and assist, even with last minute requests! Overall amazing!

Beautiful Property!

What a gorgeous property --the pictures don't do justice to the beauty of the outdoor spaces and oceanfront view! Not to minimize the indoor accommodations, which were very spacious for our party of 9 adults (we loved the downstairs gameroom and upstairs dining) but the multiple outdoor entertaining areas exceeded our expectations. Our favorites --the beautiful sandy beach, the fire pit, the volleyball court, the private, serene pool, and the tiki bar!! Guy was very responsive to all our needs. Oh, and the golf cart was a very nice addition --made for very quick trips to Sombrero Beach.

Beautiful Place,

Everything was as described and extras that weren't mentioned. We had a blast in this home, will definitely become a repeat customer. Can't wait to see the new renovations next year. Guy was on the ball for anything that came up that we needed.

Perfect wedding location!

This home in Marathon is the perfect location for a destination wedding in the Florida Keys! Overall the property is very private and has beautiful views of the Atlantic ocean. It has plenty of room for family and friends who are staying on the property as well as outside space for the event. The additional amenities which have recently been added (tiki bar, fridges, ice maker, kegerator, etc) make everything more convenient and easy to plan. There is also a huge gravel parking lot in back of the house as well as grass along Sombrero Beach Rd. which can accommodate many vehicles.

Guy (the property manager) was extremely attentive to all our questions and emails before our arrival. He even walked us through the entire property during check-in to ensure we knew how everything worked and where everything was located. We had no issues at all during the week but even if we did I knew he'd be there to help.

Other than the wedding our main activities for the week were boating, scuba diving, and snorkeling. We rented a 26' twin engine Boston Whaler and although low tide does make the water fairly shallow near the dock we had no issues getting the boat in and out to open water. There are many great restaurants in the area however some of our favorites were closed due to "yearly maintenance" ......even then we still had plenty of options.

Having never seen this property in person before booking the wedding we were hoping that it would be as good as the pictures show online. Everyone who attended commented on how perfect the location really was.......and we certainly agree that it exceeded our expectations!

Perfect Destination For Any Occassion!!!

We could not have asked for a more perfect setting for our Wedding. The house, atmosphere, the amenities and the view were perfect. This was the ultimate house for any occasion. We had a 65 guest wedding and everyone could not stop complimenting on this property. It was perfect. I want to thank Guy for all of his help and knowledge during our week. He was great and very helpful. Our bartender canceled the day before and with 1 call to Guy, he had someone reach out to me to fill in within an hours notice. Fishing off the dock was fun and the kayaks got plenty of use. Would definitely come again! Thank you!

Marathon Key

We went to Marathon Key this summer and had an incredible time. We went with my sisters family, my mother and of course my family. 11 total. The house was set up nicely for everyone to have space. Plenty of activities at and nesr the house. Caught some fish off the dock and everyone had a great time. I can't believe the snorkeling is so amazing around the Keys. Who needs to go out of this country when it's at our finger tips. Guy was great and very helpful with whatever we needed. I can't wait to go back.
