1000 square foot condominium. Modern and in new condition.

New listing to HomeAway. Newly renovated, spacious, and quiet condo in the best area of the city. Super friendly neighborhood, and close to many amenities. Very central, yet in a quiet, upscale setting. 2 minutes from IKEA, Snap Fitness on Taylor, Carbone's Pizza, Pawsh Dog. 5 minutes from the new outlet mall, Kenaston Common, Stella's. 10 minutes from Polo Park mall, the airport, and Corydon Ave (little Italy). 15 minutes from the exchange district, forks, and MTS Center (Go Jets!).

It features a spacious living room with hardwood floors and plenty of natural sunlight through the large windows. There you will also find a flat screen TV with AppleTV (Netflix etc.) and wireless internet for your use.

For your convenience and comfort, there are two bedrooms which can easily sleep two people in each queen sized bed. There is also plenty of closet space for all (1-4) guests.

Kitchen has granite counters, espresso cabinets, tiled back splash and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher.

The bathroom is modern and has a new vanity and fixtures. Clean towels will be provided.

You will also have access to free in-suite laundry with complimentary detergent.

All necessary cleaning supplies are also available in the unit.

Guest access

The condo comes with its own parking spot that is in view from the main living area window.

Interaction with guests

I am available anytime on my cell, and within a ten minute drive if necessary. I also call this neighborhood my own and I'm sure you will love it as much as I do. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns! My aim is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Very nicely updated unit, great location, and well equipped

The unit was totally redone, had plenty of kitchen items to use and it was in a great location - close to everything. We would recommend this unit to others and will come bak next year.

We enjoyed our visit to the condo. All amenities were as expected. We appreciated the extra details to make rhe stay more pleasant such as the kitchen utensils and supplies. A great location for Winnipeg, easy to access and very comfortable.

Perfect location for our visit

This property came exactly as advertised - bright, spacious, comfortable and conveniently located. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped for us to use for preparing meals. Building is very quiet as well. Appreciated Mike's call to ensure we were able to access the unit upon arrival. Will definitely stay here again during our next visit back to Winnipeg!
