Our studio was recently renovated with high quality materials. The studio has a nice view over the Parc of Palais Massena and the Sea. It consists of a well equiped kitchen with o.a. Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher. The large Bathroom has a spacious shower and sink. There is a separate toilet. The studio has high ceilings and a perfect Airco.There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer to complete all.
The studio is close to the famous Hotel Negresco and the Promenade des Anglais, but in a quiet area of Rue de France. There is an elevator to bring you to the second floor!
