About the property

3 bedroom apartment to sleep 6 to 8, entire ground floor.

South facing ground floor apartment self contained with 3 bedrooms kitchen, and two bathrooms and large L shaped sitting room in 18th century bastide in the middle of British owners small working vineyard. Outside large area of flat gravel terrace with shade from 4 large trees. Pool 12 x 5 metres with salt sterilisation 40 metres west of terrace. Lorgues 3km distant, sea Ste Maxime 43 km where owner keeps classic 36 motor boat and will take visitors for day trips at nominal charge of 300 Euros per up to 10 people. The ground floor apartment is quite separate as the owner Lindsay and his companion live on the second and third floors and have their access from the north side, so the garden, terrace and pool remain for the exclusive use of the tenants

We welcome dogs but we have a cat, so they must be cat friendly. We have no boundary fences but we are well away from any roads so there is virtually no danger if dogs wander. If young people want to camp in the garden we have no objection if arranged in advance.

Note that for two consecutive weeks rentals tenants will be offered a day on the classic 36 ft motor boat for a tour of the gulf of St Tropez free of charge during 2017. See "Lindsay's boat" on YouTube. Normally we take tenants out for the day for a charge off 300 euros for up to 10 people.

I purchased Domaine St Marc des Omedes in 1994 after retiring from IBM UK. The house has been extensively repaired but still has the charm of an old country house with modern comforts. The wine from our vineyard is available for tasting and drinking. My great love is my classic 36 ft motor yacht at Sainte Maxime and I enjoy taking visitors out for the the Gulf of St Tropez. It is quite independant and faces south; the omner's entrance is on the north side . The ground floor flat with 3 bedrooms and a convertable in the big reception room can sleep 8. As an option the master bedroom suite on the first floor is available for an additional 400 euros per week in high season. to sleep 10.. The owner would be willing to take visitors out day trips in his classic 36ft motor boat berthed in Ste Maxime for a nominal 300 Euros a day.

Rentals for periods of more than 2 consequetive weeks in low periods are negotiable. Rentals for two consequetive weeks or more in high period are 1800 euros per week. Rentals for a consecutive 3 weeks in medium or high period have a free day trip on my boat.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
