Thank you for taking the time to learn about Villa 14 at Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina. Built in 2007, this two story 3 BR /2.5 BA is simply stunning and a MUST stay for your next vacation. Professionally decorated. With only the finest of linens, pillows, and bedding this is the most comfortable rental in the Keys. Residence also has a 17' x 50' boat slip located at our onsite marina (slip 48) which includes full services such as boat ramp, fuel, water, ice, and power. This slip is all concrete in new condition and is available to all of our guests for a small additional fee.
The lower level includes a large floor plan layout with a full service kitchen open to the dining and family room. Kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All rooms enjoy a water view. The powder bathroom is conveniently located downstairs for guests. A pair of french doors at the rear of residence open to a large covered patio and the perfect retreat for your morning coffee.
The second level includes 3 bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms and 2 private balconies. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with walk - in shower, linen closet, and granite vanity tops. The room has two separate his and hers closets, cable TV, vaulted ceilings, and access to private balcony overlooking the waterway.
Second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony. Third bedroom has two (2) twin beds, closet, and vaulted ceilings. These two rooms share a bathroom off the hallway including tub / shower and granite vanity.
The residence has a private nearby heated pool great for the family and kids. There are numerous nearby amenities such as......local attractions, restaurants, drug stores, groceries, and bars. Our location is ideal for access to the ocean or the bay side (via Vaca Cut). Within minutes of leaving our marina you can be in the ocean or on the bay.

As a group of 3 close friends often enjoying all the Florida Keys has to offer, we decided to invest in a place we could be proud of and allow others to enjoy it as well. You cannot beat the location and all of the benefits Marathon has to offer. So convenient to have everything you could possibly need so close by but at the same time feel like you are a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of every day life and traffic.
The style of this Villa with its architecture and simple features make it such a clean and quaint retreat. The rear patio and master balcony is quiet and peaceful. You will love it too......
This unit is the best! Beautiful, tasteful furnishings and art work (not your typical boring beach motif)..
End if a row of townhouses so it has extra windows in the living room and master bedroom!

This Villa is the perfect location for vacationing in the Keys, it's close to everything you will need. The Villa itself is amazing, sofa, beds & pillows are comfy. Very nicely decorated and most important to me was how clean it was. The patio is right on the canal so you have a great view. Would definitely stay here again. VERY NICE
The townhouse was exceptionally clean and comfortable. everything you may need is provided from dishes, pans, coffee maker, Keurig, and blender. Nice appliances, beautiful granite counter tops. Very spacious and well furnished. Love the palm trees in the back yard complete with coconuts right off of the nice deck.
We had a lot of rain while in town that kept some of us indoors more than we planned, but at least we had a very nice place to be stuck indoors in.
The apartment was beautiful and very large. We had an awesome trip and caught a bunch of fish. We had 6 guys and it was more than enough room for all of us. If you are responsible for setting up place to stay for a trip for you and your friends, definitely book this and you will look like a rockstar. All of my friends were extremely impressed and had an amazing vacation.
I make it down to Marathon every summer with the crew. We all rent separate houses in the area.
I find that most of the time the homes are nice, but I always feel like I'm in someone else's second home with sub par furnishings and comforts from the late 70's- early 90's.
It was sooo nice to have a beautiful, clean, refined modern space to come home to after hanging out in tiki huts and fishing boats all day. Unit 14 is amazing!!

Very spacious unit upstairs and downstairs. Perfect bed sizes for our family. Very nice pool. Our family had a relaxing wonderful vacation here. Especially loved the extras in the kitchen like ziplock bags. Wish we had a boat!!
Marathon is the in the heart of the Florida Keys and ideally located between Key West and Key Largo. The drive south over the world famous 7 mile bridge on your way to Key West (only 45 minutes away) is very convenient. You are surrounded with word class fishing and the freshest seafood any where in the US. This is a special oasis and peaceful place to be. There's nothing like the Florida Keys
