Cute condo in the heart of shops, restaurants. Close to the marina. and fountain. Very clean and well supplied. Could use a comfortable arm chair or two.
Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a perfect downtown location - every evening we’d walk downtown and/or the boardwalk to the lighthouse. Kitchen was well stocked as we ate in most nights. Patio was fun to sit and people watch. A great value for the money - would stay here again!
We could not have been any closer to our wedding venu ! Walked to church and to reception! ! The restaurants were also right there , shopping & bars & grill! It’s the cutest town ever! We will be back!
This apartment is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family. The location is right down town, next to shopping and restaurants, and near to the beach. It has everything you would want for a weekend or week stay in Grand Haven.
The owners/property managers were also easy to work with and they were responsive.
Nice location, It was clean. When we arrived, a vacuum was in the living room with a cord draped over the couch, someone just left it there. It was advertised having a washer and dryer, there was no washer and dryer. Advertised had ceiling fan, there was no ceiling fan. It had only one roll of toilet paper, no washcloths in the bathroom. No wash cloths in the kitchen, no paper towels. The sliding glass door screen you could barely move, non functional. The temperature outside hit 84 degrees, the air conditioning did not work, it came on but did not blow cold air. I would rethink before using this location again.

The homeowner has hired a new cleaning company to prevent the scenario you encountered. We encourage guests to reach out to the local contact if any issues arise while in residence, so they have the opportunity to make things right so you can enjoy your stay. There is a washer and dryer in the building and the homeowner would have been glad to provide the code to access the room. In regards to the fan, it was removed a few weeks ago and replaced with brand new lighting fixtures. Since your stay, the air conditioner has been checked to ensure it is working properly. The homeowner provides their personal number for guests to contact them 24/7 and would have been glad to assist. They prioritize the guest experience, and with the recent adjustments made, we are confident this unit will continue to host satisfied guests. Best, the Evolve Team
