Dynamite rates on a Dynamite Maui Vista remodeled ground floor pool front unit #1108. Owners finished an extensive kitchen, living, bedroom & bathroom remodel. Ground floor unit in the much desired building #1 - walks right out to pool (no parking lot view from our unit) or 200 actual steps from your poolside lanai to Charley Young beach. New appliances, hickory cabinets, solid granite counters, glass tiled backsplash, custom made matching hickory fold down 'KING' Murphy Wall bed and a well endowed 70 inch wall mounted smart HDTV. Yep...It's a 'BIGGEE' but I've been on Maui when it's rained non stop. Might as well have a little luxury if you're trapped inside. Besides it's so big & swivels you can see it from the lanai....probably the pool....heck, maybe even the beach!

About Mark

We've been fortunate to travel to Maui many times over the years. We live in Washington State and always wanted to purchase a place on Maui. So in early 2013 we took the plunge. Our contractor completed the remodel in March and we absolutely love the finished unit. Unit 1108 has pretty much been booked solid since the completed renovations and we've had many returning guests. We'd love for you to give us a shot and become a repeat guest too!

Why Mark chose Maui

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Our first love is the beach and it had to be close - we're directly across from one of the best on Maui. Secondly we wanted to be by some 'watering holes & eateries' - there's enough PUB choices to keep things fresh for a months stay. Lastly we wanted a grocery store near by - done...and you can do all three just walking. No other complex is even on the radar for all 3 walking luxuries!

What makes this condo unique

We choose a unit on the ground floor because we love being outside. The Lanai is so much bigger and with the grass right there it just gives you much more room to spread out BUT we also didn't want to be looking at the 'parking lots' like so many units do at the Maui Vista. Our Realtor pointed out this pool front unit and we Pounced!

Small but very functional and comfortable!

Stay 4 days with my twin boys and my friend. The condo was remodeled and very functional! The king size Murphy bed was awesome! My boys can sleep on the foldable foam bed which is very safe! The location is convenient as well. Will come back!

Great place & location

Clean, convenient location with lots of extras. Mark responded quickly to any questions we had before our trip and check in with us to be sure everything was good when we got to Maui. Loved our time there & will certainly use this VRBO in the future.

Perfect home away from home

1st floor condo right across the street from a great beach. They had everything we needed including beach chairs, washer/dryer, and oven. My only complaint would be a lack of tv channels but we were on vacation so that was probably a good thing.

Maui fun!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Maui. Mark was so attentive to our questions prior to and during our stay. Thank you Mark for also checking in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. The beach is located across the road. Everything you need is in the condo. The condo is clean and very well maintained. Just steps to the pool. My family and I took advantage of going for a run or a walk on the beach each morning. If you do the Road to Hana on your own I highly recommend downloading the GyPSy Guide App for your iPhone. It picks up the signal from your phone. Many times throughout the Road to Hana there is no cell service, but this app knew exactly where you were. Well worth the $4.99. It also tells you places to stop along the way. Start early in the morning - it is a long day. We tried several beaches - the ones across the street, as well as some located throughout the island. Loved them all. None of the beaches were crowded, the sand was like butter. We even got to see turtles swimming along in the ocean.

We tried many of the food trucks located throughout Maui. We did not have one bad meal. If this is your first visit to Hawaii, like it was for us - you must try Poke. I am still dreaming of it. I think we had Poke every single day. Yummy!!!

Thank you for a wonderful time in Maui. I can't wait to go back!!

Excellent location and amenities!!!

When we visited Maui recently and were lucky enough to end up in this wonderful condo, we were over the moon! Everything we needed was available and all we had to do was buy food. We loved the ground floor location in the first building and especially the proximity to the wonderful sandy Charlie Young beach! We watched beautiful sunsets nightly from the beach that was basically this condo's backyard. It was wonderful to be able to sit and relax on the lanai as we had home cooked meals. Finally, the condo owners were amazing to work with. Any time we had questions, they were quick to respond and assist which says a lot about the trust you can put into these owners when traveling from distant lands!!! Thanks for an excellent stay!!!

The condo had all the amenities one could ask for! We had an amazing stay at your condo!! We spent most of our days at the beach on hanging out in the pool.... saw the sights the last times we were in Maui. Your condo did not disappoint and we felt right st home!!
