About Wade Weston

The Weston's are the property owner and host. The Weston's family roots run deep in the Pacific Northwest. The Weston's maternal and paternal grandparents lived and raised their families on Whidbey Island in the early 50s. Their grandfather owned a large beaver farm. The family loves to sail on Liberty Bay and during the summers they make frequent runs to check their crab pots at Indianola. Don't be surprised to be offered live Dungeness crab during the summer season.

Why Wade Weston chose Puget Sound

The Theater

For our 1 or 3 bedroom guests, enjoy in room 110' High Definition Surround Sound Theater. It's a great way to relax after a long adventure or on a rainy day.

Lemolo Shore Drive

A two-mile shoreline walk is the most popular walking, jogging and biking route in Poulsbo and leads directly to downtown Poulsbo. Along the way you'll spot Lyons Park playground, which also features tennis courts, and, you'll pass by the Liberty Bay Marina and the Poulsbo Yacht club.

Absolutely Lovely in all ways

  • 5 of 5

This rental and stay surpassed my expectations. Julia was very helpful with my reservation, questions, and was so gracious offering their fire pit for us to make s'mores down at the beach. We also had access to a hose to rinse off when my boys played at low tide.

Upon entering I was pleased at how new everything was! The details reflected the thought and care that went into preparing this house for renters. After walking down a lilac lined pathway we entered into a perfect "mudroom" where my 6 boys (ages 10-13) could dump their shoes, wet clothes, and beach findings. There were soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms, plenty of towels, good wifi, nice A/C going, fans available in every room, recycling bin, a vaccuum, laundry basket in each room, and nice smelling hand soaps. My sheets were very nice and the beds were comfortable. Then the view was breathtaking from the dining table where I took my online classes on high speed internet and watched my boys kayak in the very safe and shallow bay inlet. One comment on the dining table, that I think just depends on individual needs of the parties staying here, is that it only seats 4. Since it was summer we ate outside more than in, but we didn't all fit if we ate in and had to share chairs.

The setup of rooms, one downstairs and two up, was perfect for our kids to have their own space and recreation (home theater) as well as for us to enjoy more adult time upstairs

This property was the perfect balance of natural quiet retreat with easy ferry access to Seattle. The ferry terminal was about 20 minutes away, where we paid for 0-12 hours of parking and the trip to Seattle to walk on was free (paid to return). What a gorgeous way to stay! Thank you Greenhouse, Julia, and Seattle for a wonderful time.

This was a perfect place for our family to relax and unwind together!

  • 5 of 5

The owners provided us we lots of privacy while we stayed. The place had everything we needed for the week. We loved that we could use the kayaks, paddle boards, and paddle boat throughout the week. We used this location to visit state & national parks as well as Seattle. The views were absolutely beautiful! Thank you Wade & Julie!

Great Location, But some details missing

  • 3 of 5

This unit isn't waterfront, it does however have a pathway to the water, which requires you to walk imposingly through the owner's backyard and by all the windows of their home. The grounds are overall poorly kept, a landscaper would do the owner's very good. The outdoor furniture is poorly kept, rusted out, dirty, etc.

The unit is built out nicely, it is an unattached bldg that is also a garage for the owners (not used for parking, and is obviously separated from the space where one stays). They have a play pen for little children, an A/C unit to use when needed, a play gate as well. The unit is not however very kid friendly, it isn't equipped with any plastic ware for eating, drinking, etc. There are also zero cooking supplies which we have found to be standard in rentals like this (oil, spices, etc). Upon arrival, dishes were in cupboard uncleaned, dishes were also in the dishwasher not put away. They have an outdoor play set (which is not often used, as it had weeds high all around it and covered in spiders. The parking is not really 5 spaces as indicated. The owners take up the majority of it and at one point it was tough to get out due to their kids friends parking all the way around us.

The reality is that this is a 3 star place, it is good for adults, especially for a short stay while at a close wedding.

Perfect for us!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here for our older son's wedding in Poulsbo. Husband and I plus our other son, wife and five kids under 8 absolutely loved this roomy, comfortable and beautiful house with its perfect little hideaway under the stairs with toys. Plus a playset outdoors. (Just having carpeted stairs was fun for the little ones!) Grandpa and I enjoyed having our own private room downstairs. Julia was helpful, thoughtful, and accessible. The surrounding area is so beautiful and tranquil. For us it was perfectly situated midway between Poulsbo town and the Kiana Lodge wedding site. Extra nice to have a relaxed place to invite a few relatives over for a bit after the wedding. Finding lodging for our family of 9 was daunting, and the Lemolo House perfectly filled the bill for us, above and beyond. Very grateful that this part of our trip was so pleasant and easy. I highly recommend!

Beautiful, seems new.

  • 5 of 5

This home was perfect for me and my 4 kids. We used both units to utilize all available space so we could spread out. The kitchen was great and had an abundance of supplies, such as dishes, utensils, pots and pans and the essential spices, needed when traveling. They had more than enough towels for my huge family as well as extra blankets for those sleeping on couches. Everything was very well organized and we found washing towels was an easy task as well. Both bathrooms are huge in size and the bottom unit is handicap accessible. The massive big screen with surround sound in the bottom unit was awesome. The extra hidden space in the bottom for kids helped keep my little ones entertained. I did not end up using the paddle boats and kayaks due to my visit with family and lack of time but man we wanted to. The proximity to town was nice and was a gorgeous view to get there. Very nice stay and I would recommend to anyone.
