We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Everyone was comfortable and it is very spacious that even 8 people had room to spread out. We noticed the cabin is for sale on the market, so something we would suggest is patching the small hole by the pool table and fixing the door latches so you don't have to use the deadbolt to keep them closed. On our last night in the cabin we also noticed the roof had a leak when it rains, dripping in the dining area closer to the windows, it's probably because there is a roof channel there, but something to address! Those small incidents didn't deter from our stay though and we had a great time. Thank you!
We had a great time. The house is big. View from the porch is awesome. It's away from the busy area but close enough to get to quickly. Seeing the national park was my favorite part. Kitchen could use a few more items to cook with and above the huge Windows could use some cleaning. Other than that we had a very nice relaxing week and would come back!
We enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for our large family. There is a beautiful view from all the windows! On the downside, there were lots of burned out light bulbs in many rooms, the toaster didn't work, the ice machine in the fridge didn't work and leaked on the floor, and the Internet worked maybe 10% of the time. We called about the Internet and the ice machine but no one seemed interested. Weird for such a nice place to have these kinds of problems.
We could not have asked for a better stay then at this cabin. Everything was absolutely as it should have been and our stay was beautiful. The staff was friendly and the cabin was more than we could've asked for. This will be our new " go to" cabin.
THe drive up to the cabin was a little nerve wracking! To be expected though, if you want to be "away from the world." It was a refreshing change from the chaos of Pigeon Forge! The drive was steep and windy but after a day or so we got used to it. The cabin was very clean and spacious! My kids loved the game room, hot tub, and the "fishing room." Very nicely decorated! The view from the balcony was phenomenal! Absolutely beautiful! The only suggestions that I could make would be to trim some of the trees in front of the balcony, they are really obstructing the view! Also, in the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a few more supplies- bowls, spoons, etc. We are a family that likes to cook and we were "scrounging" for things to use. The oven takes a really long time to get hot. That's all that I could suggest. It was awesome and I recommend this cabin to anyone. Especially families who live peace and quiet!
The first day the upstairs unit went out but they came and fixed it.It was very comfortable,Tubs was nice and hot tub.Tv cable don't work so great but we brought movies.
