This magnificent home is located directly on Long Beach with a direct pathway to the ocean, this modern home offers five generously sized bedrooms, main with ensuite, and has been beautifully renovated including designer kitchen. It is the perfect getaway from busy city life. On entry to the home there is a large entry area there are 3 bedrooms bathroom and laundry this leads out to a fully fenced backyard. Continue up the stairs to really soak in all the property has to offer with views across the bay. This home is the perfect place to relax, Open floor plan living, dining and kitchen areas are located upstairs so you can enjoy the views of the bay and really enjoy the holiday sitting out on the deck with a glass of wine having a BBQ.

With 2 TV's for entertaining and bushwalks located all nearby with direct access to the beach, this property is perfect for kids and adults to share a relaxed holiday. Fully stocked kitchen -Central Air Conditioning and reverse cycle heating -Dishwasher -Microwave -Washing machine and dryer. Foxtel is provided.

This home is suited for family to enjoy a break away not suitable for young people.

BEDROOMS Linen is not included. This includes sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels. Doonas & doona covers are provided (one per bed). Bedroom 1 - King size with air conditioner and TV, ensuite. Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed with air Cond. Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with air cond. Bedroom 5- a tri-bunk.

BATHROOMS There are three bathrooms, including ensuite with a shower and toilet, a second complete with bath, shower and separate toilet located upstairs. Whilst downstairs the bathroom is a 2 way easy access for the kids. There is a separate laundry including washing machine and dryer.

OUTSIDE Enjoy an early morning coffee while soaking up the glorious sunrise, a morning walk, or swim at one of the most beautiful beaches swimming, snorkelling or kayaking, and fishing. There are numerous bushwalks locally. You have a wonderful top deck to enjoy an enclosed yard for all those afternoon family cricket games. Direct access to the beach, just walk out the back gate, all this is on your doorstep.

Only of street parking available in the driveway.

By paying a deposit you have confirmed you have read and accepted our terms and conditions. Batemans Bay Accommodation is a cashless office. Payments must be made with Visa or Master Card. To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental plus a booking fee of $65.00, and an accidental damage fee of $59.00 is to be paid within 48hrs of booking. If a deposit is not paid by the due date, your booking is subject to cancellation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of the booking. The key lock box number will not be sent unless full payment and a Guest Registration Form has been completed to act as a security bond for the property.
