Unbeatable value

Beautiful apartments in a beautiful gated community with pools, gym, tennis court and decorated by palm trees and gardens. Ideal for couples and families with children who want a quiet holiday in a place with atmosphere.

The property is distributed in a room with one or two beds, a living room with sofa bed, access to the kitchen, bathroom with shower or bath and terrace with tables and chairs to have meals.

The apartment has all the amenities needed for a pleasant holiday. Satellite TV 32 "flat screen, some also have DVD player, CD player - MP3, DVD movie collection, table games.

All kitchens are fully equipped with microwave, juicer, toaster, blender, iron ...

Our apartment is located in a suburb that was inaugurated in 2008. It is a gated community with a WiFi zone. It consists of small apartments that are around pools that are in the middle of it. Around the pool sun loungers pertaining to urbanization and you can use it without problems. Also around the pool is more decorative gardens otherwise, with over 50 palm trees that make it a very nice place. The complex has a cleaning and maintenance composed of three people working from Monday to Saturday throughout the year, this achieves that urbanization this always clean, especially the pool.

Corralejo is divided into three parts, east village with ancient seaport, west hotels and holiday villages and a central area which is the part most entertainment, full of restaurants, shopping centers and pubs. Our development is located to the west in a very quiet area, just 100 meters from the start of the natural park of the dunes, 300 meters from the nearest beach, 5 minutes from the Mall El Campanario and 8 minutes from the Street Carmen, which is the central street before I commented that is full of pubs and restaurants and a bridge between the two parts of Corralejo. El Campanario Shopping Centre is by far the best mall in Corralejo, this newly opened and is like a miniature village with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.

  • It has a bedroom with two beds and a large lounge which also has a sofa bed, a TV and all the amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. And finally it has a kitchen and terrace. The house is designed for maximum comfort and it has enough cabinets and drawers in both the bedroom and the kitchen so that you can arrange well all you traigáis. The kitchen is connected to the living room by a small bar with stools. On the terrace is a large table and chairs that is where usually the main meals are made, always remember that here more than 20 degrees, day and night, ;-)

Lovely pool area, nice apartment with lovely touch of bottle of bubbly for our anniversary.

Nice apartment, only downside little crawly things on all sides and worktops, but clean and tidy. Lovely pool area, large pool, deep and warm due to temperature. Everything went according to plan, starting with evaline meeting us to show us to apartment and show us round. Had a very enjoyable week.

UNA ESTANCIA MUY CÓMODA

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. El hecho de estar en la planta baja hacia que pudiéramos disfrutar de las comidas en la terraza, así como acceder a la piscina de forma fácil.

Nos alojamos 2 adultos y dos niños pequeños. Esperábamos encontrar un sofá cama para los peques, pero en su lugar teníamos literas para cuatro. La cama de arriba necesita un cambio de colchón. Por lo demás, poca privacidad para la pareja que tiene que compartir la habitación con los niños.

El resto del apartamento tiene todas las comodidades.

El complejo tiene un buen mantenimiento. La limpieza de la piscina y sus alrededores se hacía a diario.

Para ser Agosto no había aglomeración de gente en el complejo con lo que pudimos descansar y tener unas vacaciones tranquilas.

La isla nos encantó. Sus playas y la naturaleza en general son increíbles y sus gentes muy amables.

Volveríamos a repetir.

Complesso tranquillo pulito con bella piscina e zona Wi-Fi gratuita vicino alle dune e alla spiaggia e al supermercato....il centro del paese si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti...l appartamento è corredato di tt il necessario per una vacanza rilassante...l ho consiglio
