One of the most sought after locations in Maloneys Beach. It provides a safe swimming spot for the kids, this two storey beach house has it all for you. 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, lounge room, rumpus room, 3 bathrooms, ramp access, outdoor shower, and a huge back yard. Bring your dog, as this property is pet friendly with fully enclosed backyard, as well a locked enclosure for your dog. An enclosed balcony at the front of the property with those wonderful views can be enjoyed and at the back of the house is the second deck overlooking the backyard. Just walk out your front door and you will be on the spectacular Maloneys Beach. There is also boat parking at the side of the house with gates that can open allowing to park the boat off the street.
This property provides WiFi and foxtell for those rainy days but hopefully you will be too busy at the beach.

Batemans Bay is only a short drive away so no need to hurry, take your time and enjoy your holiday. Maloneys Beach is a flat suburb so bring the bikes so you can ride around the area, or go mountain biking in the national park located just behind Maloneys Beach Drive. You can swim, kayak or fish at Maloneys Beach. There is also a great barbeque area out the back for you to use. Everything is at your doorstep!
Combined with the outdoor areas there is plenty of space to get away when you're not at the beach. There is a modern kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm, or you may prefer to sit out the back and fire up the barbeque. Having heating and air-conditioning, you will be able to escape the heat in summer and keep toasty warm in winter.
BEDROOMS Linen is not included. This includes sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels. Doonas & doona covers are provided (one per bed). The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, Bedroom 2 also a Queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 has a single bed and a set of single bunks. Bedroom 4 has a double bed. BATHROOMS and LAUNDRY: The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet located upstairs.The ensuite, povides a toilet and shower, and downstairs another bathroom just off the bedroom and the laundry is off the garage all internall access.
OUTSIDE: There are two decks; a very large one that runs the length of the home and is enclosed at the front for your protection with beautiful views out to the ocean. And a back deck looking over the back-yard. There is a large enclosed yard where you can play ball games with family and also an extra enclosed area for your pets.
PETS: This property is a pet friendly property; pets are to be kept strictly outside only. Please pickup & dispose of all animal waste. Extra charges may apply for cleaning, damages or deodorising of the property.If your dogjumps alot i dont recommend our pet friendly property for you.
