One of the most sought after locations in Surfside, with direct access to the beach from your door. It provides a safe swimming spot for the kids and is protected from the Nor-east winds through summer. This home is a beach front rustic cottage. The home layout is in three levels, based here you could walk along the beach into the town of Batemans Bay, almost a flat walk into the CBD. You will be able to select from many of the town's restaurants or cafes. You have access to the corner store in a short 2 minute stroll from your front door, here you will find a takeaway, a bottle shop and general store items.There is a great barbeque area outside on the back patio where you can sit and enjoy the outdoor area while looking at the water. The home is a perfect family get away. The entry is through the 4th bedroom, which also has a kitchenette, and laundry. Up three stairs and to the left you have access to the main hub of the home or right up some stairs to the private master bedroom and ensuite and a private balcony. To the right is the dining living room, with a TV and a fully functioning kitchen and off to the further right are 2 other bedrooms and the main bathroom.On those warm summer evenings you will receive the cool breeze from the water, whilst sitting in the living area.

BEDROOMS Linen is not included, this includes sheets, pillow cases,bath towels, beach towels. Doonas & doona covers are provided (one per bed). Master bedroom Queen sized bed, walk in wardrobe, TV, DVD player,ensuite and a small private balcony. Bedroom 2 A Queen sized bed with wardrobe.Bedroom 3 A King sngle sized bed with a single trundle. Bedroom 4- A double size bed and a King Single.

BATHROOMS and LAUNDRY The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet, while the ensuite has a shower and toilet. There is a closet with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience, in the laundry area.

OUTSIDE There is a back patio, with exclusive access to the beach. At times dolphins can be seen playing offshore.The front yard is a fully enclosed fenced yard for the children to play around.You can park your car in the driveway but there is no undercover parking.

PETS Unfortunately pets are not permitted at this property.

BOOKINGS: High - 7 night minimum Sat - Sat; Mid and Low - 2 night minimum no Sunday arrival

    Batemans Bay Accommodation is a cashless office. Payments must be made with Visa or Master Card.

    To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental plus a booking fee of $65.00, and an accidental damage fee of $59.00 is to be paid within 48hrs of booking.

    If a deposit is not paid by the due date, your booking is subject to cancellation.

    The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

    Bookings made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of the booking.

    The key lock box number will not be sent unless full payment and a Guest Registration Form has been completed to act as a security bond for the property.
