Welcome to sunny Surfside, a short walk to the beach, it provides a safe swimming spot for the kids and is protected from the winds.Your home is only a short 3 min walk to the mangroves for an educational walk on the purpose built walkway. The home is a comfortable two story family home located on flat walking ground with easy access to the local beach, pathways, and corner store, with a large out door fully fenced yard.It has a very livable layout inside. Based here you have plenty of options! You can ride your bike along the beachfront to the main street of Batemans Bay. Swim, kayak or fish in Surfside Beach.

There is a great barbeque area and playground on the foreshore near the Batemans Bay bridge only few minutes drive away. It's all at your doorstep. This home is a practical layout for one or two families.Upstairs is easy living with all amenities while downstairs is a recreational area for the children, a large rumpus room with pool table and two TVs. Combined with the outdoor areas there is plenty of space to get away when you're not at the beach. There is a kitchen that has been adequately equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, or you might prefer to sit on the deck and fire up the barbeque. Having fans and air-conditioning, you will be able to escape the heat in summer and keep toasty warm in winter.

BEDROOMS Linen is not included,please bring sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels.Master bedroom Queen sized bed, Bedroom 2 A Queen size bed, Bedroom 3 - 2 Single size beds.

BATHROOMS/ LAUNDRY The main bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet, upstairs, while downstairs has a shower and toilet,a seperate laundry with washing machine.

OUTSIDE There are two decks; a large one that runs the length the front of the home and a private one off the Living room/Dining area where you can use the BBQ. Just in front of the back deck is a fully fenced back yard for kids to play.There is a closed off area (off street have a look at the pictures to judge the space available for your boat)

PETS This property is a pet friendly property; pets are to be kept strictly outside only. Please pickup & dispose of all animal waste. Extra charges may apply for cleaning, damages or deodorising of the property. Itis only a short walk to the doggie friendly beach.

BOOKINGS: High - 7 night minimum Sat - Sat; Mid and Low - 2 night minimum no Sunday arrival

    Batemans Bay Accommodation is a cashless office. Payments must be made with Visa or Master Card.

    To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental plus a booking fee of $65.00, and an accidental damage fee of $59.00 is to be paid within 48hrs of booking.

    If a deposit is not paid by the due date, your booking is subject to cancellation.

    The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

    Bookings made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of the booking.

    The key lock box number will not be sent unless full payment and a Guest Registration Form has been completed to act as a security bond for the property.
