This two storey home and is only two minutes walk to the beach and is the perfect retreat. Sit on the top deck amongst the gum trees, overlooking the garden with filtered views across the Long Beach Bay. You might like to walk along the cliffs, or at low tide beneath the cliffs, to Maloney's French cafe and the morning papers. Or some days, it's just easier to fire up the barbeque and settle in on the back deck for the afternoon. This property has a massive amount of outdoor entertaining space with a very large deck upstairs and undercover area downstairs. Out the front there's a smaller deck coming off the kitchen that is flooded in morning light and perfect for coffee with breakfast. This property is in a very quiet street, so you'll only be disturbed by the gentle lapping of the waves and birdsong.

LAYOUT Downstairs is a very large Rumpus that has been set up as a self-contained retreat. It provides extra sleeping accommodation, a pool table an extra TV/DVD/CD with assorted games and books. Just along the way is a laundry and second bathroom, with access outside to walk down to the beach.Upstairs houses another 2 bedrooms. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with a gas cook top, electric oven and dishwasher. You will feel as though you are on holidays at every turn in this home. The large living/dining area comes with air-conditioning and new furniture and television to enjoy a lazy movie or two.

BEDROOMS Main Bedroom: Upstairs, with a King size bed, and lovely views out to the ocean.- Bedroom Two: Upstairs, Queen size bed.Bedroom Three: Downstairs, 3 single beds and a trundle have been set up in the family retreat. Linen is not included (this includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats.) Doonas & doona covers are provided (one per bed).

BATHROOMS / LAUNDRY Downstairs there is a shared bathroom and laundry complete with shower, toilet, and top loading washing machine. Upstairs has a largebathroom with a bath, shower and toilet, with 2 way access.

OUTSIDE There is plenty of room to run around in the native garden. As mentioned previously, there is a huge entertaining deck with a generous outdoor setting and barbeque. Sunflower seed is provided for the bird feeders- you can watch several varieties of birds jostle for best position. There's plenty of parking in the driveway and in the double carport.

PETS Pets are not welcome

BOOKINGS: High - 7 night minimum Sat - Sat; Mid and Low - 2 night minimum no Sunday arrival

    Batemans Bay Accommodation is a cashless office. Payments must be made with Visa or Master Card.

    To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental plus a booking fee of $65.00, and an accidental damage fee of $59.00 is to be paid within 48hrs of booking.

    If a deposit is not paid by the due date, your booking is subject to cancellation.

    The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

    Bookings made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of the booking.

    The key lock box number will not be sent unless full payment and a Guest Registration Form has been completed to act as a security bond for the property.
