WEEK OF AUGUST 11-18 ONLY! This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that sleeps 6. Ferfect for families - South Seas Club is inside the gates of South Seas Island Resort and fronts the golf course. The South Seas Club building has it's own private pool and hot tub for use by tenants of the South Seas Club. This unit is in a PRIME LOCATION in the resort - across from the marina and near the main pools, restaurants, water sports & beach area which are all walkable from this unit. You may also ride the trolley throughout the entire resort for free. Check in is 3 pm Friday Aug 11 and check out is 10 am Friday Aug 18. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Our family has owned this week since the 1970's and the resort is constantly upgrading the interior of the units. You will never have to leave the resort for the entire week as there are so many amenities for all ages! This is a "cash-free" resort - almost all purchases on resort property are charged to your room via your key, with the exception of privately run stores or restaurants.

Resort features multiple pools, beach, fitness center, golf, tennis, marina, water sports, Captiva Cruises.

- Guests must follow all resort policies. No late check outs - NO EXCEPTIONS as per resort rules. You must register at the front desk and leave one credit card on file for all purchases and charges that you incur during your stay as the resort is mostly "cashless" (they accept your registered authorized "charge key" to charge items directly to your account). You can authorize which key holders are authorized to charge to the room when you check in. All occupants must have their key displayed on them to access common areas and the trolley so I suggest bringing a lanyard and punching a hole in the key! The resort leaves instructions in the unit as to where to place all garbage and linens upon checkout and those rules must be adhered to. Guests must leave unit in the same condition they find it in and report any maintenance issues directly to front desk. Any damages to the unit are your responsibility and you agree that you will be liable for any & all damages. There is an elevator available if you need one, otherwise unit is on 1st floor which requires a few steps up to access. We want you to have fun, but please no loud, wild parties or the resort will kick you out. This week is filled with repeat families visiting year after year for 30+ years. Unit has one assigned parking space, guest parking is also available.

Amenity limitations - Some amenities require additional fees: tennis, cruises, water sports rental, etc. NO PETS allowed per resort.

Our family has owned this week since the 1970's and the resort is constantly upgrading the interior of the units. You will never have to leave the resort for the entire week as there are so many amenities for all ages! This is a "cash-free" resort - almost all purchases on resort property are charged to your room via your key, with the exception of privately run stores or restaurants. Our kids have enjoyed being the 3rd generation to vacation at South Seas with their extended family and are old enough to go roam the resort doing scavenger hunts set up by the activities center, ride the trolley to go explore the resort, go to the beach, go to the water slides at the main pool or just night swim at the private pool in South Seas Club. The resort is "cashless" so you can authorize your children to be able to charge their resort purchases directly to the account without them carrying cash around. They will love going to the ice cream/pizza shop and hanging out!

What makes this condo unique

South Seas Club is one of the few buildings within the resort to have it's own pool, hot tub and laundry (free) for the exclusive use of residents of South Seas Club. You are free to use the main pools as well, but if you want to just walk outside and enjoy the private pool it is priceless.

Damage Fees - I will not personally collect any damage fees upfront, but the resort will take your credit card for all purchases (required) and any damages will be billed to your card by the resort. You agree by renting this unit to be liable for any and all damage to this property. If I am charged any damage fees by the resort, you agree to be liable for that payment directly to me.

You agree to leave the unit as found upon check out - remove all garbage and place linens and towels where the check out sheet tells you to put them (usually in the front hallway). There is no maid service during your stay, you are required to keep the unit clean. Housekeeping will clean the unit upon your checkout (no fee to you as long as you leave it in the "clean" condition that it is in when you check in).

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
