|Minimum Stay||3 nights|
Our home away from home in Cabo has 4 bedrooms & 3 1/2 baths. 2 of the rooms share a bath off of the hallway, a 3rd room on the front part of the house has a private bath, and the master has both a private bath and sliding glass doors to the pool area. Upstairs has the living room, kitchen, and outdoor terrace/dining with BBQ grill, as well as additional half bath.
Highlights of the house - great pool with ample space for sunbathing. A stairway from the pool area takes you back up to the main living area. There is also a sliding door from the pool area directly to the master bedroom. From the living area & terrace, enjoy views of Lands End and the cruise ships..... or, just get lost in a book - easy to do!
The photo is taken at a Palapa bar, called 'Art & Beer', on the road to Todos Santos. They sustained considerable damage from Hurricane Odile, so not sure if they are up & running yet.
We currently live in Napa, CA & try to get to Cabo as often as we can.
We would love to host you at Casa Cabo Vista..

Margaret & Craig Snasdell purchased this house in 2003
We've spent a lot of time in Cabo over the past 15 years and we love it...so much so that we bought our own place. You tell us what you like, and we'll tell you where to go!
We don't have many rules! First and foremost - have a great, relaxing vacation. That is the point!
Great view of Cabo Bay and Land's End from the terrace. We chose this house for the size of the swimming pool; we wanted something larger than just for dunking. So, you have your own pool for private sun bathing or drive 5 minutes to Medano Beach if you want to be by the water. Close to town for nightlife or restaurants, but far enough so you don't get the crazies & the noise.
Great spot if you're bringing the family. Lots of room to spread out and beds are very comfortable. The pool was a favorite of our grandchildren. Everything you need for regular family life here. Felt like home! Rosa took great care of us!
First off the house was a bit hidden but not confusing to find at all. We were a group of 9 from ages 12 to 67 and we all had an amazing stay at Casa Cabo Vista. I would definitely rent here again. All the information that was provided to me before my stay made everything very simple and easy to get settled in. As for the home itself, well it was very clean, modern, and spacious. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Having Walmart and Costco practically next door is a huge plus. Can't wait to visit this place again.
My husband and I travel to BAJA 2 or 3 times a year, And we have stayed in all sorts of houses, resorts, B&Bs, etc, and Casa Cabo Vista is one of our absolute favorites! Our biggest problem was that we didn't stay long enough!
The house alone is wonderful- extremely well appointed, modern, spacious, 2 gorgeous master bedrooms, gardens, huge coveted patio, etc- but then you add in the pool outside, and it felt like we had a mini-resort all to ourselves!
The pool is large enough to swim laps, float, play, etc, and has chairs to relax in, a palapa, gorgeous landscaping, and is totally private. We ate all our meals on the covered patio upstairs, bbq'd, and watched the lights of the city come out as the sun set. Wonderfully relaxing!
The home is located just outside Cabo, and was less then a 5 min drive. It is also very close to WalMart where we bought all our groceries. As you turn onto the road up to the house, there's a little Modelorama market for small stuff, and a Pancake House that had great breakfasts. Downtown, check out Tacos Guss for the most authentic food in Cabo.
Maggie was wonderful to deal with, had superb communication, and even emailed us after we arrived to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely rent from her again, and have already recommended Cabo Vista to friends and family.
Thank you for everything Maggie- staying at Cabo Vista helped make our vacation everything we were hoping for and more!
We are located in a neighborhood called El Tezal..... up a big dirt road with locals all around....mostly Gringos. Easy access to some conveniences - Costco, a few gyms in the area with day rates, and a Corona distributor at the entrance of the main road. (Modelorama). It might be called Pepsi by now.
It's about a 5 minute drive to town. There are a lot of really great restaurants - some quite near the house (though none in walking distance) and other great ones in the downtown area. We'd be happy to provide some recommendations - our top 3 favorites in town are Pancho's , under new ownership, Hacienda Beach Club (amazing serene environment right on the water), and Gardenia's (hands down the best place for quick tacos and fabulous Margaritas or a beer). Don't expect it to be on the water with views - it's in town, turn left at McDonald's, down a couple of blocks on the right.
The marina is always a great place for food plus people watching.
Medano Beach or Cascadas Beach is the 'swimming' beach. Turn left at the first signal in town & you will find public parking.
