There is a separate well furnished family room with a 42 inch wall mounted HDTV and a fire place insert.
There are four comfortable and charming bedrooms: Downstairs houses a master bedroom with a queen bed with a connected full bathroom. This bathroom is also accessible from the living room. A second bedroom on the first contains two twin bed and this bedroom is connected to a full bathroom that is also accessible from hallway. Upstairs can be accessed from two stairways and houses two additional bedrooms. There is a large deck overlooking the meadow with built in benches and a picnic table. Deer and wild turkeys and hawks are seen pretty muck daily and eagles are commonly spotted. There is a large charcoal webber grill for your use.
For additional entertainment and recreation the home comes with an 12 foot Old Town canoe, basket ball court, two basket balls, snow shoes, badminton court, wiffle ball and bat and a ton of fun games and books. Oh, and there's a hammock too.
The property includes an old (19th century) barn and adjacent chicken coops on what used to be, many many years ago, a farm. These are not to be used by the tenants but do add to the charm of the place.
