Beautiful, three bedroom lake house available for rent by the week. This cute updated home is fully furnished, with a large covered porch, huge sandy beach on a private lake. Just 15 minutes from downtown Omaha. Enjoy a getaway in this quiet, private spot. Sleeps up to 10 people.

Great family getaway
My husband and I and our 2 daughters (6 & 8) stayed at this house for 5 days. We had a great time and our girls didn't want to leave. Easy location and great outdoor space. We spent a lot of time on the beach and playing in the lake. The inside is also very nice, but we spent most of our time outside. We are from Chicago area and were in town for a family wedding in Omaha. We weren't sure we wanted to spend our summer vacation in the Midwest, but we are really glad we found this house!

Wanted a gathering place to meet our newest grandaughter! Somewhere to relax and stay put for the week. This property was everything it stated on the VRBO website. I looked at many. The price is fair, the property is roomy and spread out. Everything was squeaky clean when we arrived. Joel, the owner, answered every question immediately and even ran out to let us use a pop-up shade tent so the baby could be on the beach. My husband fished so much, not because it's great fishing, because he loves to sit with a pole in the water. We could not have had a better time, or enjoyed a property more. The master bedroom is upstairs away from everyone, and roomy. We both relaxed more than we ever had! We had a BBQ on a Saturday with friends from the area. There were only about 22 of us, but this place can accommodate so many more, with the patios and beach! I would stay again in a heartbeat and we are discussing making this a yearly event. If you are looking, I would rent this immediately. Also, it is so close to Walmarts, Bakers, even to,Omaha Old Market etc. We went into town a few times, but were so content just staying put!! Highly recommend
We stayed at the Lake House during our visit to Omaha to attend our daughter's graduation from Creighton University (mid May). It's a bit of a drive if you need to go back and forth for events in town (Omaha), but well-worth it, esp to be able to keep multiple family members in single location (rather than hotel!). The house is a gem: adorable and well-maintained, clean, and in a beautiful setting on the lake with spacious deck in back to enjoy peaceful mornings and evenings. The beach was so fun, too; bean bag toss/volleyball. And it is close to Stella's Burgers..YUM! Highly recommend this rental. Thank you Joel!
Great house on a great beach!
The house was perfect and like the other reviews the photos do not do this house justice! The deck is big and there are lots of chairs and tables for outside. It's is 10 minutes from everything you need. Great place and doesn't seem like your in Nebraska with the sandy beach!
Favorite Family Vacation Getaway
Having children under the age of 10, this property is perfect for us. We've rented it twice now and plan to do so again. The private, zero entry beach is perfect for young swimmers, and the house is close enough for breaks, naps, snacks, and a movie here or there. The property is fully stocked with beach gear, life jackets, comfortable accomodations for relaxing, and meal prep. Sure, you could drive into Omaha to do something, but we didn't find a reason to. The kids were content to play while mom and dad enjoyed the down time.
Great cabin!
The cabin was clean and very functional. We had 12 people stay and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the fire pit, the neighbors were friendly, and we really enjoyed staying at this property.
