UPSTAIRS: two full bedrooms upstairs: #1 room has a king size bed. #2 room has Two Full size beds . Both rooms have 43" Smart TVs. TWO FULL BATHROOMS.
DOWNSTAIRS: large and spacious living room with a huge sofa sectional set.with a full size Sleeper bed and a Large 55" Smart TV. Open kitchen that has been remodeled and large dinning table. HALF BATHROOM is downstairs.
Room #3 is a bonus SunRoom that leads your very own pool. We have a privacy curtain wall for the bonus room that has a full size Bed & twin bed trundle.

***Small Spa/Jacuzzi Heater is working just fine and is included with your stay until 8:00 PM. However, the large SWIMMING POOL is UNHEATED and will be regular temperature depending on the natural weather.
We bought all totally new furniture inside and out. We have 3 large flat screen LED SMART TVs.
We recommend you bring your own Beach or Pool towels.

1) PLEASE ALWAYS BE CONSIDERATE OF OUR NEIGHBORS AND YOUR NOISE LEVEL AT ALL TIMES.***No parties, loud music, or very loud talking. ***NO BACKYARD OR POOL USE AFTER 9:00 PM. Please come inside by 9:00 pm and enjoy yourselves inside the house Or go out to a local bar. If we receive a noise complaint after these hours, you will loose your deposit. This is a quiet residential area. We have to respect our neighbors***

4) maximum of 8 booked guests or a total of no more than 10 people on the property at any given time or you will loose your security deposit & your stay will be terminated immediately. Unless prior authorization has been made.
5) If you use our kitchen supplies please clean them and put back.
6)If you use the BBQ grill please clean it and turn off propane tank when done. If you don't clean it, please leave $25 for the housekeeper with a note to clean it.
7) please separate trash and recyclables and take them outside and place in large bins when you leave.
Please note that the standard cleaning fee charge is for the housekeeper to clean the inside of the house and wash all bed linens, towels, mop, and bathrooms etc. I dont want to overcharge the guests for cleaning outside to help keep the cost down for your stay.
