Beautifully remodeled two-story Townhouse with ***your own private pool*** in a large backyard, located in the highly desirable Naples Island Community. Totally brand new furniture inside and out. **Garage parking** available and plenty of street parking right in front of the property.
We are located right off of the popular "Second Street" that is just a 5 minute walk to Belmont Shore. We are just one block away from Mother's Beach and Beautiful Naples Canals. The canals are surrounded by multi million dollar homes. You can rent gondola rides, kayaking and paddle boards and Duffy boats and cruise around the famous waterway canals. There are tons of city of Long Beach blue beach BIKE RENTALS all over the city available for a very low rate.
UPSTAIRS: two full bedrooms upstairs: #1 room has a king size bed. #2 room has Two Full size beds . Both rooms have 43" Smart TVs. ONE FULL BATHROOM
DOWNSTAIRS: large and spacious living room with a huge sofa sectional set.with a full size Sleeper bed and a Large 55" Smart TV. Open kitchen that has been remodeled and large dinning table. HALF BATHROOM is downstairs. #3 room is a bonus SunRoom that leads your very own pool. We have a privacy curtain wall for the bonus room that has a full size Bed & twin bed trundle.
Large backyard with a pool and BBQ grill for your use. And garage parking!!!
***Small Spa/Jacuzzi Heater is working just fine and is included with your stay until 8:00 PM. However, the large SWIMMING POOL is UNHEATED and will be regular temperature depending on the natural weather.
We bought all totally new furniture inside and out. We have 3 large flat screen LED SMART TVs.
We recommend you bring your own Beach or Pool towels.

1) PLEASE ALWAYS BE CONSIDERATE OF OUR NEIGHBORS AND YOUR NOISE LEVEL AT ALL TIMES.***No parties, loud music, or very loud talking. ***NO BACKYARD OR POOL USE AFTER 9:00 PM. Please come inside by 9:00 pm and enjoy yourselves inside the house Or go out to a local bar. If we receive a noise complaint after these hours, you will loose your deposit. This is a quiet residential area. We have to respect our neighbors***
3) No Smoking
4) maximum of 8 booked guests or a total of no more than 10 people on the property at any given time or you will loose your security deposit & your stay will be terminated immediately. Unless prior authorization has been made.
5) If you use our kitchen supplies please clean them and put back.
6)If you use the BBQ grill please clean it and turn off propane tank when done. If you don't clean it, please leave $25 for the housekeeper with a note to clean it.
7) please separate trash and recyclables and take them outside and place in large bins when you leave.
Please note that the standard cleaning fee charge is for the housekeeper to clean the inside of the house and wash all bed linens, towels, mop, and bathrooms etc. I dont want to overcharge the guests for cleaning outside to help keep the cost down for your stay.

The house is everything that we expected. Susan has taken time to add little things here and there to make it so it is convenient to stay at her house. A couple of examples that come to mind are plenty of toilet paper. I caught a bit of the flu that is going around in my area, so I needed to blow my nose a lot more than usual, so a few extra rolls of toilet paper came in handy , before we made time to go to the store.
One other example is spices in the kitchen. So we went to the store , got a lot of the things that we needed to start cooking , except for salt. Good thing Susan had a grinder with some Himalayan salt that we were able to use until the next trip to the store.
The house was pretty clean in a nice area where we could walk , with access to parking in front of the house most of the time.
My family and I had a great stay and we decided that if we make plans to come back to Long Beach in the summer time we might try to book this house.
One last thing that I want to mention is that I feel that Susan is easy to talk to. In my opinion that is important and as very much a part of the whole experience of this house.

Great place and location!! Loved!
Very cute house that looks just as the pictures showed. Loved all the amenities and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and the easy to understand directions of the hot tub. Working with Susan was quick and easy. I highly recommend and can’t wait to return to Long Beach to enjoy it again!
Good communication with Susana, she gaves immediate response. We were half way between the Long Beach Yatch Club (racing sailboat) and the restaurant on 2nd at Belmont. Pharmacy right across the street and a couple of grocery near by. The pool was a nice way to relax after a day onthe water!

The house was just as pictured. Susan went out of her way to host our family. Our family of 8 included young children and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we would need. The house is newly renovated with all new furnishings inside and out. Plenty of towels and dishes to cook your meals. Pool and hot tub was a plus. Nice back yard area to relax and enjoy our time. Very close to all of the attractions we wanted to see. There is a Rite Aid across the street for anything you may need or have forgotten. You need to stay on Naples Island and enjoy a Gondola ride! Security Deposit is completely refundable as long your group complies with all our house hold rules. Most importantly the NOISE level rule and to NOT USE THE POOL OR BACKYARD AFTER 9:00 PM and the come inside.
