The house was a perfect size for our group. In a great location, Easy to get into Nashville
The House was nice. The back yard needs to be cleaned up a bit. Maybe thinned out. Too much greenery. Can’t really do anything outside in the yard. But the house was good. Could use a few minor updates but all in all we were very satisfied. The owner is super nice and very helpful.
Nice place to stay
Enjoyed staying at this house for Christmas break! Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate our large family- House was close and convenient to airport and interstate along with great places to eat nearby! All 6 beds were very comfortable and house had plenty of blankets too - all 3 bathrooms worked out great for all of us and seemed to be well stocked with all your needs! House was warm and cozy since it was extremely cold outside- fire place was not available for use, but the heat worked very well . Home owner was extremely sweet and accommodating She would definitely be someone I’d rent from again!
Economical for what we needed. All expectations were met. Owners were courteous and very responsive to all questions. Would recommend for large group looking for safe and economical.
Nice Nashville Surprise
We stayed here for four days in August, 2013. Believe me when I tell you that the home is EXACTLY as portrayed in the photos. The owner must have experience as an interior decorator! The property including the yard was very clean and well maintained. It is located in a nice, quiet residential area on a dead end street with very little traffic but with Nashville's interstate system it takes very little time to get downtown or to the Grand Ole Opry. The rear wood deck is nice and there is a large BBQ grill (clean and ready to go!) located there. We'd definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.
Easy access to Music City, beautiful parks/trails and golf galore!
We stayed at this rental home of Joyce and Bill for our family reunion. At peak, there were 12 of us, all adults, for 4 days out of the 7 days of our stay. In addition, we had 3 dogs! Joyce was a pleasure to deal with, answering many of our questions, and providing information about the house, the neighborhood, and Nashville in general. She and Bill were quick to respond to a very minor issue we had in one of the bathrooms. The house was fully stocked with basic cooking necessities and sauces, even including starter paper products and plastic utensils. Unfortunately, it was raining during most of our time in TN, so we were forced to stay indoors more than we would have liked. You can imagine how tight the house felt! House is in a friendly, residential neighborhood, clean, and is fairly maintained. Nice, spacious backyard with a big deck and a gas grill. Beds are comfortable and loft was perfect for the young adults to bond and catch-up. Highly recommend Gaylord Springs Golf Course; for foodies, try Hattie B's for spicy chicken, Peg Leg for barbeque (go for the dry-rub ribs, so yummy!), Kayne Prime Steakhouse for a special dinner, Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream, in Nashville; and closer to "home", try the New England clam chowder at Black Pearl. Don't miss the tour of the Hermitage, home of Andrew Jackson. $19 tour fee is well worth it!
