Would you like to spend holidays in an unforgettable ambience like in a fairy-story from '1001 nights'? Our ground floor apartment is situated on the very first beach line in luxury community with 4 pools. The property has been furnished very tastefully and to high standards to a Moorish style. Numerous Moorish lamps, mirrors, tables and decorations are creating a very homely feeling. The spacious living room has a fireplace and dining table to seat 4 people. From living room you have direct access to the large covered terrace, which overlooks the near heated pool. Terrace and living room have the whole day sun! Both bedrooms have en-suite-bathrooms with under floor heating. The master bedroom is in red colours and offers very spacious king sized bed. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds. Further the apartment offers a spacious wooden kitchen with all amenities. The property has an air conditioning system throughout and underground parking place.

Need to know about San Luis de Sabinillas: San Luis de Sabinillas is the village next door. This is a typical andalusian village situated right on the coast with charming spanish character and large paseo maritimo with several shops, bars and restaurants. The village offers further numerious shops, large supermarkets, banks, bakery, pharmacy, post ect. Sabinillas is much more Spanish, than the near marina port of Marina de la Duquesa with its numerios bars and restaurants. Here you will find also internetcafes, business centers, minimarket, fitness club, dry cleaning ect. Sundays (when the weather is good) in Sabinillas is one of the largest markets - must be seen!

Need to know about Estepona: Estepona is a small charming city on the Costa del Sol. Situated between Marbella and Gibraltar, not far away from the marina town of Puerto Banus. Estepona has saved successful its character of a typical Andalusian village in spite of a growing tourism. In the centre you will find the Plaza Las Flores, one charming constructed meeting point. In his neighbourhood you will find several bars, coffees, tapas bars and shops along the pedestrian area or the old city centre. Mentionable is the bullfighting arena of Estepona, drafted on plans of Salvador Dali and has the adequate charisma. In Estepona you will find a multiplicity of restaurants, small typical tapas bars or even exclusive gastronomy. On Wednesdays and Sundays you can visit the market place in Estepona. You can stroll along the very tastefully decorated promenade with a lot of plants and trees up to the marina port of Estepona.

Für einen Kurzurlaub haben wir sehr kurzfristig die Wohnung gemietet.

Der Kontakt zur Agentur, insbesondere zu Herrn Beer war sehr professionell und prompt. Die Informationen zur Wohnung und der Anlage sind sehr gut aufbereitet. Insbesonders hat uns die Anfahrtbeschreibung zur Wohnung und zur Schlüsselübergabe beeindruckt.

Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terasse auf das afrikanische Festland ist grandios.

Auf Empfehlung von Herrn Beer haben wir die Tiefgarage genutzt. So stand das Auto sicher und kühl.

Die Wohnung / Wohnanlage, sowie die professionelle Betreuung, auch vor Ort, ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Hierfür nochmals herzlichen Dank.

Volle Empfehlung für dieses Domizil

Wir haben wunderbare Ferientag in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung verlebt. Dies war für uns der erste Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung, denn bisher wollten wir nicht auf den Luxus eines Hotels verzichten. Inzwischen wissen wir, dass "so" eine Wohnung nichts zu wünschen übrig läßt. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend und die Abwicklung und Betreeung durch den Vermieter bzw. seines Verwalters phantastisch. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und auch sicher. Alles ist top gepflegt. Fazit: "Wir werden wieder kommen!!!" Vielen Dank für alles.

Drei Wochen super Urlaub

Wir waren überwältigt. Es stimmt alles wie es angegeben ist. Zudem hatten wir sehr schönes Wetter. Die Anlagen sind sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und vor allem sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns prächtig erholt in den drei Wochen. Unsere Empfehlung: geht einfach hin. Jedenfalls waren wir nicht zum letzten Mal da.

Der Empfang durch Alberto: vorbildlich, freundlich und sehr kompetent. Danke Alberto für die unkomplizierte Unterstützung.

5 wunderbare Wochen in Casares Beach

Wir durften ganze 5 Wochen in dieser traumhaften Ferienwohnung verbringen. Wir (mitte 30) reisten mit 2 Kindern (4 Jahre und 1 Jahr) und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt! Wir haben die Wohnung so vorgefunden wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortable ausgestattet und wirklich groß! Die Terrasse ein Traum mit Blick aufs Meer zu jeder Tageszeit! Auch der beheizte Pool fand großen Anklang bei den Kindern, aber auch bei uns, gerade an den warmen Tagen! Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Man benötigt defintiv ein Auto, um Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder auch Spielplätze und andere Ausflugsziele zu erreichen! In Estepona, nur 5min Autofahrt entfernt gibt es direkt am Strand einen riesen großen Spielplatz für alle Altersgruppen! An Ausflugszielen mangelt es definitiv nicht! Gibraltar, Marokko, Tarifa, Casares, Ronda und auch Marbella sind alle schnell erreichbar! Das Dorf Casares ist wirklich wunderschön und sehenswert.

Wir wurden sehr gut vom Vermieter auf unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet. Und auch während des Aufenthaltes wurden wir super betreut. Wir haben am letzten Tag dann nochmal verlängert und auch das war gar kein Problem und wurde ganz unkompliziert gelöst und umgesetzt!

Für uns war es der längste und auch der schönste Urlaub! Und es hat alles so großartig reibungslos geklappt!

Wir können diese Ferienwohnung guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen!
