We are a family of four (two boys, 16 and 12) living in Minnesota, and I was born in Denver and a mountain girl at heart, spending life after college working in Grand Teton National Park for the summer. Our family loves the outdoors and enjoy the are in the summer and fall just as much as the winter.
I've been in the hospitality industry for 20+ years and work at giving our guests a memorable experience, and keeping our condo updated and comfortable, as they would feel at home like we do.
Kristin and Peter Hoffman purchased this condo in 2013
We fell in love with Park City after a vacation before traveling to Jackson, WY. It has an easy half hour drive from the airport (plus SLC is a Delta hub), fabulous dining, shopping and mountain trails.
Red Pine spoke the most to us as it felt more like our house in the woods and didn't have as many people as other condos in hotel-like accommodations. Yet, it's at the base of The Canyons Resort, close to Main Street and Redstone areas. The grounds and pools are well maintained too and staff is wonderful.
Dear Kristin, We wanted to email to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your really sweet and comfortable condo . It was just perfect for us, and so close to the mountain. Thank you for everything you did to make this such a nice experience. We hope to contact you about another stay in the future. Happy New Year, Cindy C.
We are five college students and this was the perfect stay for us. Enough sleeping space without too much extravagance. Kitchen had the basic necessities and was great for cooking dinners. Location is a little far from bus stop but nothing terrible. We did it every day in ski boots (a feat!). Note: there is a ski equipment locker in the Canyons Village (a short Cabriolet ride up the hill - 5min walk from house). However, the ski locker is best used with equipment rented from the Canyons area. All Canyons equipment has free storage there and it will save you from toting your gear up and down the mountain each morning and evening. Laundry is $3.00 for wash and dry. Beds in the house are comfortable with plenty of spare blankets for especially cold nights. Well-stocked home.
Place was cozy. A good place to come to after a long day of skiing. Condo was roomy enough for 2 couples.
Our family group who ranged in age from 6 to 60's all enjoyed our stay in this comfortable property, on a recent ski/snowboard/snowshoe vacation. The location is super convenient for downhill skiing or snowboarding, shopping, and getting to the airport. We drove a short distance for cross country skiing and snow-shoeing. We also toured the site of the SLC Winter Olympics near-by, and shopped in Park City. The owners are great to work with! The condo included access to the clubhouse, and our family enjoyed swimming and hot-tubbing there (yes, even outdoors in January)! The coin operated clubhouse laundromat worked fine. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. We hope to return again some day.
Enjoyable trip. The condo was clean and well stocked. Owner was friendly and very accommodating. The condo is in Red Pines which is older than the other nearby condos and a little bit of a walk from the slopes/lifts, but this did not stop us from having a great time. Would stay here again.
Enjoyed our stay at this comfortable condo in Red Pine properties. Beds comfy, and condo great size for my husband and I and our 2 teenage sons. We happened to hit some great snow which made our stay a snowboarding dream! Used the club house amenities... pool and hot tub which were quite welcome at the end of our long days. Having the kitchen helped us save on eating out! Thanks for having a few of those little kitchen amenities that we forgot to buy (like cooking oil, salt etc..) We did have a car and found it useful to get around, and for ease of getting to Cabriolet?? lift to get up to the mountain. Owners were quick to respond with any concerns! I would recommend this condo to others!
Very nice 2 level condo near Canyons resort in Park City. Downstairs is living room, kitchen, and separate bedroom with bath. Upstairs is loft with another bedroom and a TV room that could be a third sleeping area. Perfect for parents to have a private room and the kids to play in the loft area. Kitchen was a bit dated but functional with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and glasses. Condo has fireplace in main room. My family spent our Christmas vacation there and had a great time. Great location: walk down hill to people mover or the same distance (about 15 min) to Canyons Resort base area to go up the mountain. Condo association has heated outdoor pool that should not be missed after a day on the slopes.
