Apartment ideally located for sightseeing tour of the city, near the most important monuments and the Guadalquivir River, the downtown commercial area of the city and Magic Island. Area with very good atmosphere, typical restaurants and bars to eat tapas, cafes, terraces, very quiet and no noise at night.

In recently refurbished property. Fully equipped. Possibility of cot.

We have another apartment to rent in the same building, on the 2nd floor. They can be rented together or separately.

Great location in a wonderful neighborhood. All the comforts of home. Our hosts were lovely, available to help us adjust, answer questions, and make us feel at home in their beautiful city. We would love to return and soon!

Perfect location, perfect plaza, perfect owners

I really cant say enough about this apartment. The location is truly central. Many people say staying in Santa Cruz is the way to go.....we disagree. We spent just as more time in Triana and La Macarena than in Santa Cruz.....

If you want to live near the all means...feel free to stay there. We prefer to live with the locals. The apartment's terrace is a wonderful place to relax and the local plaza is divine.

You can reach any of the tourist centers via a 10 min walk.

The owners of the apartment met us personally and helped us settle in. They showed us the local shopping spots (friuterias, jamoneria, paneria, etc..) There were laundry facilities in the apartment.

I wouldnt stay anywhere else if we return to Sevilla.....which we hope to do.

Casa confortevole in un bel quartiere

La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario con un terrazzino molto godibile (se non pioverà, come invece è successo durante la nostra vacanza). Per due persone è veramente comoda. Il quartiere è veramente tranquillo e nelle vicinanze si trova tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno ed è vicino al centro. Miguel è stato molto gentile e ci ha permesso di utilizzare la casa oltre l'orario del consueto check out. La raccomanderemo senz'altro ai nostri amici.

Appartement conforme a la description, très bien situé on peu tout faire a pieds. Propriétaire très sympathique et je les remercie pour la place de parking qui est indispensable dans le secteur

Très bon accueil de notre hôte, vraiment sympathique et agréable. Vous m'ai tout de suite a l'aise.

Appartement sympathique et agréable, propre et climatisé un atout a cette période de l'année.

Accueil chaleureux, boisson fraîches offertes.

Logement conforme à la description . Nous avons été reçu de manière chaleureuse par les propriétaires . L'emplacement du logement est idéal pour se déplacer à pied dans la ville. Commerces à proximité. Arrêt de bus pour se rendre à l'aéroport , proche également .

De plus nous avons apprécié la climatisation , car les températures étaient très élevées ( supérieures à 40°). Prêts à revenir
