Beautiful Tiny Homes in Lakeway Lake Travis Waterfront
Patrick and Stephanie Walsh
About Patrick and Stephanie Walsh
Hi All! This is Stephanie and Patrick Walsh. We bought this property in 2008 and lived here until March of 2015 when our home burned down to the ground. We have four boys and since our last one will graduate high school this year we decided to do something different in lieu of rebuilding our home. Hence our new Tiny Homes! We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
Why Patrick and Stephanie Walsh chose Lakeway
Two brand new tiny homes with big deck and outdoor patio. Fun boat dock with trapeze, water mat and kayaks. (Can kayak right across the lake to Sundancer Grill.) Big lawn with firepit. Wakeboard boat is available to rent if you'd like to get out on the lake to surf, wakeboard or just cruise around and go eat at Gnarly Gar.

A little slice of heaven...
This is an AMAZING property! The owners make it so welcoming and the hospitality is second to none. The tiny homes were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more! My kids LOVED the water and the land equally, as there was just so much to do on both. My boys went out on the kayaks each night and fished, returning to a nightly fire with smores. If you are looking for a special place to unwind and reconnect with your family, this is it! We had SO MUCH FUN that we are already planning our next visit! Thanks again, Pat & Stephanie!
Thanks so much for the great review. Really enjoyed meeting you and your wonderful family.
Incredible Location and Fantastic Experience
Stayed the weekend with my brother-in-laws, and was not disappointed! The photos and description don't do this place justice; it's right on the lake in a quiet and safe part of the lake, and have plenty to do if you're an adult or a kid. We didn't have to worry about preparing or bringing a bunch of stuff with us; the place had everything we needed to fish, kayak, float, grill, play basketball, roast marsh mellows, and enjoy the memorial day weekend. I will for sure be renting this location again soon!
We had a great time in the tiny homes! Stephanie and Pat are great host and answered all of our questions very fast! The property and homes are perfect for a weekend lake trip. Stephanie even went above and beyond to have cupcakes waiting for us as we were celebrating birthdays! Couldn't have asked for a better weekend!
Great stay. Fantastic hospitality, amenities and location. Pat and Stephanie have created a lovely oasis. So glad we found it!
Thanks for leaving our houses so clean! Hope you can come back...you have a great family 😊.
Great place great people
It was quiet, calm and beautiful. The wife and I loved it.
Little Slice of Paradise
Awesome place! The tiny house are beautiful inside and out! They had everything you need for a week end away or a week! Outside is even better, gorges piece of property with golf course like turf grass up under the live oaks and a great fire pit and stone patio set up. You can run around the hole property bare foot and play with the kids on the play set, rope swing and the zip line. At night they have rope lights strung between the line oaks to make a magical setting to roast marshmallows. We woke up to the white tail deer and Axis in the front yard one morning and enjoy our home made latte and espressos watching them play from 20 ft (both houses have high end coffee and espresso machines that can make anything you can get at the coffee house)! Water front is also great, has a gentle sloping rocking shore line that the kids can play in and catch critters. The dock is set up perfectly like everything else. Its got a lift for a boat, covered area to lunge in the heat of the day and a top deck with a very cool trapezes style rope swing into the water (big kid fun!). Nice a deep off the deep off the end of the dock so its a great clean place to swim. They even have one of those huge foam mats that is a lot of fun to play on, like walking on water. Lastly the hosts were supper easy to work with and didn't leave anything to chance. When we got there after dark on Friday night they had the place light up and were supper welcoming, gave us a quick run through of the import things and then left us to enjoy our week end in paradise. Thank you again for sharing your Tiny Houses with us, we will be back!
