Our home is situated on the 11th fairway as you sit on the back patio, BBQ and enjoy the view. We are also situated on the street connected to the private beach entrance on the Colorado River.
Our 1650 sq ft home was built in 2005 located in the Rio Buena Vista community.
This 3 bedroom plus a den (with beds), 2 bath vacation
home comes completely furnished with all of the modern conveniences of home including laundry room with full sized washer/dryer, Directv satelite TV, indoor/outdoor speakers & stereo, patio with furniture
& outdoor shower. This family friendly community offers a pool & spa as well as volleyball & basketball courts. There are 2 launch ramps each within 5 minutes.
Don't feel like taking the boat out but still want to soak up the sun? The warm sandy beaches of the Colorado River are 50 yards away from our garage! Private beach offered with stair access as well as public beach access! Laughlin is only a 25 minute drive across the bridge!
This home is VERY kid friendly. Please no smoking & No pets! This home is equipped with free wi-fi.

Some friends of ours used to own this property whom bought it when it was first built in 2005. They moved to Texas and we purchased it from them after using it for a few years for our own family.
This home is in the perfect location within the complex. We can walk to the community pool/spa, the private beach if we dont feel like taking the boat out and at night the golf course is amazing to look at as you BBQ on the back patio.
Only problem was that the pool and jacuzzi in the complex were being serviced, so no water.
We like to take a swim at the end of the day.
We really enjoyed our stay. House was clean and comfortable. Perfect location!
This rental had plenty of amenities for everyone, direcTV on flat screens, Wii for the kids, ton of blu-ray & DVDs to wind down with at night, the backyard patio is awesome to hang out on all night, under the stars! The location was conveniently located across the neighborhood from private steps to beach. The house had plenty of sleeping area. There was even a pack'n'play for the baby! Also located near parking lot as there is no street parking. Only cons are no wi-fi & trailer/boat parking is limited (cumbersome to have to unhitch all weekend), otherwise, great spot & the owner Christine was a pleasure to work with!
The house was very clean and comfortable! Owner was very accomodating with our arrival. My kids loved all the toys and the pirate room! Our family will be back for sure.. Hated to leave!
We stayed for 2 nights. The house was clean and very comfortable. I would stay there again. Comfy couch and beds!
We just finished our fourth year at what we consider our "one month" winter home. As always the house was perfect for us and the few guests we had. Perfect location for golf, dining out,adventure, a little gambling or just relaxing. Already looking forward to next year!
Ghost town is within a 20 minute drive and is very fun for the kids. It has little shops and they can feed the animals.

Holiday reservations are non-refundable.
Non-Holiday reservation cancellations will be accepted with a full refund if cancelled 60 days prior to the check in date of a monthly rental and 30 days prior to the check in date of a weekly/daily rental.
$250.00 fee will be kept if cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival.
