Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
+: Spacious townhouse, well stocked kitchen, calm area.
Wifi was very slow.
Not advised for everybody to take their showers in a row - after three people, we ran out of hot water (but just had to wait it out - an hour later there was hot water for the remaining showers!).
This property was very disappointing, very unsanitary. It felt more like a college dorm than a nice Tahoe condo. We had very high hopes for this place, I'm embarrassed for Vacasa and the property owners. We were very unhappy.
We are so extremely disappointed in this place, I would not recommend this condo to anyone. If you open the cupboard where the trash can is it looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the place was built. Ants were crawling all through the kitchen, stained carpets, stained bed sheets, lights that don't work, broken window blinds, no batteries in the tv remote, mold growing in the upstairs shower, the list goes on. To top it of we had two little girls in here with us, a 3yr old and a 10 mo old.
This place is more like a college dorm than a nice Tahoe condo. Definitely feel we got ripped off for the money we spent on this place. Don't waste your money on this place.
We had a great stay at the Carnelian bay condo. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and could have had more people stay with us! Loved the location!
Great location to most area ski resorts. Very close drive to more restaurants located in Tahoe city. Condo fit my family of six really well. Could have even fit another two people in the loft area.
