There are four bedrooms with room darkening blinds, including one with a king bed on the first floor and queen, double and twin rooms upstairs. [NO air conditioning, but fans are provided in every bedroom.]

The totally renovated bathroom with shower [no tub] is on the second floor, and there is a convenient half bath on the first floor.
Washer/dryer and gas stove/microwave are all in the kitchen, but there is no dishwasher. There is wifi available, a Roku for streaming your Netflix or Amazon accounts, and an extensive collection of dvds available for your entertainment, along with board games, playing cards and jigsaw puzzles.
