This unique 1 bedroom, + 1 living room, + 1 bathroom apartment is located in one of the most valuable and trendy areas in Sevilla: the pedestrian street San Jacinto, 28, Triana, All of Seville’s well known monuments and most of the major attractions can be easily accessed on foot.

The apartment is a recently renovated (February 2010) and completely refurbished unit. It is part of a XVIII beatiful and perfectly preserved Andalucian traditional patio. Situated in the heart of the popular and yet exclusive Triana neighborhood,most of the 'must-see' monuments are at very accesible walking reach.

In less than 15 minutes, you can walk to the Giralda, the Cathedral, the Royal Alcazar, and El Barrio de Santa Cruz. The gardens, patios, and ench2-5 minutes from the apartment, the Guadalquivir river, the Torre del Oro and the Maestranza bullring are also easily accessible.

The main shopping areas, the best known Sevilla restaurants, many flamenco show taverns, and authentic tapas bars are also close by.

The apartment is decorated in a modern style and furnished with comfortable and functional pieces. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, one cosy bedroom with king size bed , one large living room with sofa-bed for 2 additional guests, and one extra fold-able bed for 1 more guest if needed, a dining space, and one fully equipped bathroom.

Quality WiFi, Flat TV, brand new AC system in each room, and free phone calls nationwide are included in the rent. All utilities are also included.

The apartment is fully cleaned at changeover, but added cleaning or linen washing can be arranged on demand.

Great Apartment Excellent Location

We stayed a week in Jose's apartment and everything was better than advertised. The apartment is large clean and comfortable.

Jose was very accommodating through the whole process. His son met us and showed us around and Jose himself came by a few days after to make sure we were comfortable.

The location in Triana is great. The street outside the apartment is a pedestrian way frequented by local people rather than tourists, and Oldtown Sevilla is just a short scenic walk across the Isabel II bridge.

There is a sidewalk cafe right outside the door where we ate several times. The prices were amazing and the food & service excellent. Grocery store, pharmacy and laundry are within a block or two. (although we used the washer in the apt).

We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Incredible location

My daughter, husband and I spent 4 nights in Jose's flat when in Sevilla. It was as listed. The location was even better than we had hoped. . .perfect and the flat was clean and comfortable. It was incredibly hot there and the AC worked perfectly. Besides being very close to everything, we did NOT have any problems with noise as some reviews mentioned.

We got to meet Jose and he had been incredible to work with and was extremely nice.

I would definitely recommend this for two people and it worked fine for three. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, really good space. No noise

My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo for 3 nights. The owner, Jose Manuel, was not able to meet us, but did leave the keys at the bar located in front...and that worked fine. The neighborhood is really nice, a pedestrian street with lots of bars and restaurants. It's also close to the River..which we enjoyed walking around. It's also close to the Old/Historical area which we LOVED. The condo was very clean. This condo, was situated behind another group of condo's, so we heard no noise from the street. He set up a King bed for us (which was really two twins loosely pushed did separate quite a bit during the night...but not a major issue). The space was good. (Note: The water heater was small, not a problem if there are just two of you needing a shower at the same timing. I think if there are more than 2 people staying there, you'd need to arrange different shower times). The washing machine was great. We used it once, and did need to hang our clothes all around the condo -including on a drying rack that was in the condo--for a day in order to dry - as there wasn't anywhere outside to hang clothes and no clothes dryer. There was a market (for milk, coffee, sugar, etc) about 2-3 minute walk away (to the left as you leave the courtyard gates). Also, I went to a great hair salon which was about a 5-8 minute walk (also to the left). I think it was called Lola....but the receipt said M. Dolores Cayuela Domingues. It was located at San Jacinto N 71. tele: 954 34 21 14. There is a phone you can use in the condo. Enjoy.....

Short trip to Seville

We stayed in Jose's apartments 2 nights during our short trip to Seville. Apartments are comfortable and have the great location. They suitable for 2 adults or for a family with one child. Jose was friendly and ready to help.

Unfortunately, we can't confirm that apartments are quiet. There is no fault of Jose in this. We had very busy first day of our trip and went to bed quite late. But early morning of the next day we waked up by very loud sounds from the street. Because of some large religious event it was impossible neither sleep nor even leave Triana during several hours. Next morning we waked up earlier than we expected too: renovation works on the ground floor began. Apartments are isolated from the usual street noise very well but every sound in inner patio is hearable in it very well too. Take dates of events in Triana into account on booking Jose's apartments.

I am glad to hear that you overall enjoyed your stay in Sevilla and please let me ad a quick note to mention that the very unusual renovation work inside patio (pipeline maintenance and associated paint labour) started between 8:30-9:00 AM, and was an absolute exception to the usual spotless calmness of the complex. Also, as you refer in your comment, “the apartments are isolated from the usual street noise very well” which makes it difficult or impossible for street sound to be heard inside, as most previous guests note in their reviews. Just let me bring here, in pursue of balanced counterview to your personal and absolutely exceptional experience, what Catherine Cooper, the previous guest to your stay in the apartment reviewed of her stay: “…and the wonderful thing about the location is that it is on a residential street with shops, restaurants, the wonderful market, but when you close the door to the apartment building, all the noise and bustle is left behind and you are in a tranquil courtyard ”. Hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay in Spain and if you ever wish to re-visit Sevilla we would be delighted to have you as our guest again (hopefully not piping repairs next time!).

We stayed in Jose's other apartment in the same building. Meets all the requirements when traveling. [ quiet, walkable to all sites and clean.] We have stayed in a number of apartments in Europe this one ranks with the best. Two 70 plus seniors.
