This unique 1 bedroom, + 1 living room, + 1 bathroom apartment is located in one of the most valuable and trendy areas in Sevilla: the pedestrian street San Jacinto, 28, Triana, All of Seville’s well known monuments and most of the major attractions can be easily accessed on foot.

The apartment is a recently renovated (February 2010) and completely refurbished unit. It is part of a XVIII beatiful and perfectly preserved Andalucian traditional patio. Situated in the heart of the popular and yet exclusive Triana neighborhood,most of the 'must-see' monuments are at very accesible walking reach.

In less than 15 minutes, you can walk to the Giralda, the Cathedral, the Royal Alcazar, and El Barrio de Santa Cruz. The gardens, patios, and ench2-5 minutes from the apartment, the Guadalquivir river, the Torre del Oro and the Maestranza bullring are also easily accessible.

The main shopping areas, the best known Sevilla restaurants, many flamenco show taverns, and authentic tapas bars are also close by.

The apartment is decorated in a modern style and furnished with comfortable and functional pieces. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, one cosy bedroom with king size bed , one large living room with sofa-bed for 2 additional guests, and one extra fold-able bed for 1 more guest if needed, a dining space, and one fully equipped bathroom.

Quality WiFi, Flat TV, brand new AC system in each room, and free phone calls nationwide are included in the rent. All utilities are also included.

The apartment is fully cleaned at changeover, but added cleaning or linen washing can be arranged on demand.

Quiet and perfect location

My family of 4 (2 adults and 11-yr-old twins) stayed here for several days. The location is ideal to easily access the majority of the sights. There is a grocery store nearby, a market, and many restaurants and shops just across the river. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped for our family. We had a fantastic time exploring the city, and welcomed a nice place to relax at the end of a busy day.

Gotta love the location

Everything you need is right outside the door! A lovely, convenient, clean apartment within walking distance of the old town on a pedestrian-only street. Beer and tapas outside the door and the best rotisserie chicken you will ever eat just steps away. Taxi stand is very close so convenient for travel. Loved Seville!

Great Location, clean and well appointed

Jose was very courteous and efficient when introducing us to the apartment. The apartment is off the Trianna pedestrian only street which can be busy but that noise does not spill over to the inner courtyard. There were four of us ( to daughters aged 10 and 13) and the couches were converted to beds. We were there for two nights; if longer it would be a bit cramped for the four. The bathroom is off the bedroom which can be closed to the living area. The kitchen was well stocked with extras to help with the stay i.e. oil, sugar, salt and the washing machine worked very well.

The location is easy walking distance to the old quarter on the other side of the river. Parking was an issue for us, mainly because we arrived on a Saturday (market day) and the area was very busy with locals so the Triana market parking was full. We found space down at the Plaza de Cuba which is only a 15 minute walk away. We eventually moved the car to Triana but could have left it where it was as we had little luggage anyway. Nice place.

Great Apartment in the center of Triana

Jose is a wonderful owner/contact who rented us this apartment for a week in December 2017. The location is in the heart of Triana - just off a pedestrian walking area with many Tapas restaurants and shopping options. The apartment is quaint and comfortable and quiet with no noise from the active neighborhood. The location and being in a more local setting made this experience so memorable. There are two bridges crossing the river to the main area of Seville so close which allowed us the flexibility of being away from the main tourist areas at night and yet so close to everything. We booked this vacation almost a year in advance and Jose was a great communicator and gave us great confidence from a distance. For a true local experience this is a great apartment for two people. Triana is a great area with a real local flavor. Thanks Jose for everything you did to make this Seville / Triana journey so wonderful!!!!!

Wonderful spot to land!

We loved our apartment in Sevilla Spain. It is in the heart of a wonderful neighborhood and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable! The apartment has a very comfortable king bed, full kitchen , full bath. Although there was no plug for the tub. A comfortable living room which shared the space with the kitchen. Step a out your door to many restaurants literally starting within a few feet. Since this apartment is located on a pedestrian only street, if you drive you may consider parking just up the street at the wonderful Mercado de Triana.. They have a tourist rate to park for a minimum of 3 days at 14 euros per day. You can easily walk the neighborhood and cabs are readily available across from the mercado. Although you are on a very lively street with lots of noise, the apartment is super quiet! Can't hear the street noise unless the windows are open.

Jose was a very attentive host and willing to assist with any needs or problems quickly and graciously.

We would definitely recommend a stay at this lovely apartment

Great location and cozy!

The apartment is in a great location, right along a walking-only street where there's lots of restaurants and shops. There's a small grocery store down the road about 1/4 mile or so. Great location. Jose was great to work with. Arrived later than originally planned due to plane delays, he left the keys at the bar right outside the door and no problem getting in. Had a question about how to turn on the air conditioning and Jose answered right back via text. Highly recommend! Had a little difficulty air-drying the clothes, seemed to come out of the washer a bit wetter than normal, even with the heated drying rack that was provided.
