Great Vacation

Location was great. Room was as described. Clean and very spacious. Beach was the clearest I have ever seen in Orange. All around great vacation. Would recommend this condo!

Property manager was gracious to relocate us since we were never notified the pool and patio were being remodeled and closed.

Spring Break

Condo is nice. A little outdated, but worked just fine. If you like to cook in every so often, pots and pans are not nonstick.

One of the best beach condos

We have stayed in many condo units over the last 15 years or so. This was one of the best condos we have visited. Kitchen was well equipped and it was clean and ready for us. Location was great for us since we really just wanted to stay at the beach as much as possible. We walked the beach to Floribama a couple times to listen to live music. Staff were very warm and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.
