Located in the Tracyton neighborhood, this home is in a prime spot for business travelers working for the shipyard (PSNS & Bangor), Harrison Hospital, and Downtown Seattle.  Enjoy your commute!  Relax and wind down after work as you take in the scenery along the beautifully scenic 10 minute drive from downtown Bremerton, PSNS, Harrison Hospital, and the Washington State Ferries. If you commute to Silverdale, it is a convenient 15 minute commute (along beautiful county roads) and 18 minutes to Trigger Ave gate (Bangor). If you need directions, please ask.  

After work, relax with your evening tea on the 200 sq ft deck while watching the neighborhood horses graze in their pasture, enjoying peek-a boo of Puget Sound, or listen to the gentle chirp of the many different varieties of indigenous birds.

Just on the edge of the border for urban/rural, the apartment is on a small family oriented street with lots of beautiful shady trees. It's located on a private dead end road in a very quiet neighborhood.  The yard contains beautiful fir, cedar, and pine trees, as well as a few fruit trees. Deer, birds (including eagles), and squirrels all frequent the yard. The neighborhood donkey can be heard on occasion. You will walk from the graveled parking area up 15 stairs to the entrance of that apartment through the covered deck.

About The Owner

I am a stay-at-home mom who manages rentals with my husband and family. I have 3 wonderful kiddos, all within 13 months of each other! We are a busy, hectic family, but love getting to spend time working on making welcoming homes for visitors to our area.

I have a soft spot for business travelers as I used to travel often with the Shipyard and be away from my family for long periods of time. It is important to me to make a comfortable, clean, inviting space that's as close to home while you're away from yours.

While I love to work hard to make the place a fantastic experience for my guests, I also love to play! I have lived in Bremerton for 20 years, and I lived in Seattle for 8 years. I know both areas pretty well. I love to travel, read, hike, eat, all sorts of things. If you want to know where to go to watch a movie, camp or just have a quiet lunch, just ask! If you need any help getting around or finding something to do, I'm sure I can find something to suite your specific tastes.

Why The Owner chose Bremerton

I grew up in Bremerton. And after traveling, I decided I wanted to set up roots in my hometown. But I also wanted property in a safe, clean neighborhood. Why I chose Tracyton? This place was a definite project when we bought it! But with a lot of time, love, and even more time, it's now the home you see today! I love how we're close enough for convenience and far enough away for comfort!

What makes this studio unique

The apartment is technically a studio, because the entryway from the patio leads to the room with the bedroom and the office. However, the rest of the place is closed off with doors and walls for privacy between the rooms. After a long day, the view from the deck is soothing. Trees, wildlife, and even farm animals (our neighbor has a donkey and horses!). I chose this place because it's not right next to anyone place in particular, but about equal distance from them all!
