Villa Azul is located in the heart of West Beach in Santa Barbara, within walking and biking distance to everything - the beaches, bars, restaurants, Stearns Wharf, the harbor, State Street, etc. The owner wanted a turnkey villa in this location where someone could park their car and never have to use it again. BEST LOCATION hands down in Santa Barbara!

Nicest Homeaway owners ever!

We use Homeaway/VRBO many times a year. All experiences have been good, however, Dennis & Kathryn stand out as the very best. They went the extra mile to get us in earlier than we originally inquired about. As new owners, they had to go through several hoops in order to make it possible for us to check in early (setting up the cable, acquiring bicycles, etc. etc.). The home was extremely fresh and clean and very nicely decorated! The location couldn't have been better. We walked everywhere and very rarely used our car. We loved it so much we extended our stay to several months. The Nelson's made everything a great experience. We highly recommend this property and are proud to say we were their "first customers" and we all became friends. Thank you.
