This trip has been one of the BEST trip I have ever been on.
The condo was beautiful and clean. Fully equipped which i love to cook so this was great.

We stayed at #127 for 4 nights, and I really hope we can stay longer! It is so clean, beautiful, convenient and comfy! The living room sliding door face golf court, it is very quiet and beautiful. The units is in a community, we feel very safe. And with 5 minutes driving, there are supermarket, restaurants. It is very close to the Alii downtown area too. I will stay here again, if I ever come back to Kona. Thanks, Lisa!
Jack and Diane here ...hey that could be a song! "A little ditty about..." Well anyway, I actually do have a bit of a regret about this Condo, and that is, that I didn't write this review sooner, like way way sooner!! I told the Manager/owner Lisa that I would write a really good review during our stay, because she truly earned it. I just didn't know it would take this long to do. Course we got back home and 'life happens'. So Lisa, I hope you can pardon me for the huge delay.
I just wanted to mention something here. My wife has some pretty exceptional expectations when paying for a rental. There were a couple things that she and, to be fair, I noticed. What I didn't realize at the time was that Lisa was in Japan, but her response time was remarkable! I had called and emailed her and she got back to us in record time. If I could rate her response time it would be 99.99%. Things were handled in record time. Even during our initial inquiries her response times were remarkable. She was a delight to work with. One of her email responses during our time there was, " I'm currently in Japan back on island mid January. But I'm always available. Time wise I'm 14 hours ahead. Thanks again." That is some serious ownership.
I could go on and on, but I and my wife and son, and Uncle Dave who stayed with us as well, loved it here. We had such a good time. Three weeks in all. The location was just the best. It was a great anchor spot to do all our activities from. The sunset each evening was spectacular from our lanai. We had breakfast each morning outside. And took lovely walks near by. The condo had a big kitchen with roomy counters to hold all our papayas, coconuts, and fruits we got from the Hilo farmers market . We slept with windows open each night enjoying the nice tropic breezes. We just loved staying here. What a terrific place for a vacation!
We have stayed here before and still find this unit to just be fantastic.The sunsets off the lanai are spectacular.4 adults for 2 weeks and we all agree we will be back again and again.I personally love the location and the south end pool is great to watch sunsets from also.As the tradewinds blow through at night, instant air conditioning.Thank you again for everything.All of us would hightly recommend this unit.
This condo was perfect for us - family of 3. Fitted with all the essentials, great resort, perfect sunsets and conveniently located to shopping centre.

We stayed for a week in March 2014. The best thing about this condo is that it is on the ground floor! So easy for handling luggage, groceries, beach stuff etc. The condo also has a well equipped kitchen. The location is great for Kahalu'u - which is one of the best snorkeling beaches we've ever visited. It's all good for a long day trip to Volcano Nat'l park. The furnishings are sl. worn but this was as expected for a condo of this age. The owner/mgr was responsive and very accommodating.
