Our 3 bedroom 2 bath newly remodeled condo is located on the second floor above the shops. We are located at the Yacht Basin. There is an elevator in our building. Our unit is set where the master bedroom and bath is separate from the guest rooms and guest bath. Master bedroom has a king size bed. The master bath is completely new with tub/shower and travertine throughout. One guest room has a king size bed and the other guest room has 2 twin beds. The guest rooms share the guest bath which is completely new with a huge walk-in shower and travertine throughout.
We offer a well stocked kitchen which has new appliances and large dining area with new furniture. The den area is spacious and leads out to a small balcony. From the balcony you can see the famous Harbour Town lighthouse. Small view of the Calibogue Cay sound from the balcony.
There is a full size washer/dryer in the laundry area.
We are next door to the Crazy Crab and The Yacht Club.
Book your boating and other water sports at the Pier which is seconds away. From the Pier the dinner cruise and Savannah sight seeing boats depart from there. You can rent bikes from the General Store which is located on the first floor of our building. You are steps away from the Harbour Town Golf Links golf course and the Sea Pines Tennis Ctr. You have pool privileges at the Harbour Town pool which is approximately a 5 minute walk. YOU MUST PURCHASE A POOL PASS from the Sea Pines Fitness Ctr. located at the Sea Pines Center on Lighthouse Rd. Their contact number is 843-842-1979.The playground is next door to our building. Go to Lawton Stables for horseback riding and the petting zoo. The Fourth of July fireworks are fantastic from our balcony!!

If you are looking to stay in Harbourtown while you are visiting HHI, we enjoyed this lovely property. It is decorated beautifully, there were five of us that traveled together and the way the condo is set up is that there are two bedrooms set up together on one side and another bedroom set up away from the other two rooms which worked our perfectly and created a sense of privacy. Sheila is extremely responsive when you email her for a quote and even after you arrive if you have any questions. When returning to HHI we would definitely rent again due to the location and responsivenesss of the owner.
The building is undergoing renovations so the only downfall was the drilling noise and we had to purchase a pool pass to access the pool which was 40.00 per person for the week.
But if you are looking to stay right in the heart of Harbourtown it is a perfect location. Our family member that lives on the island visited the condo and felt the pricing was perfect for the location and property. Condo is very clean and has all of the conveniences of home right there for you. Trolley is right downstairs from where you stay which is perfect.
We stayed on this property for three nights. On two of those days there was a constant noise made by a jackhammer due to work being done on the forth floor. It was so loud and nonstop from 8:30am to 5:30pm you could not rest, watch tv, or even think! This should of been disclosed prior to our arrival so other arrangements could be made.
The condo was clean, well furnished, and in a nice area.
We truly enjoyed our stay in this property. Everything in the condo was updated and it worked perfectly for our 6 guests. We used all 3 bedrooms and the master bedroom was large enough for us to put an air mattress for our 3 year old to sleep on (so he was near us). The kitchen was well appointed and the location within the resort was amazing! We loved just being able to walk downstairs for all of our evening activities. We can't wait to visit again!
We loved staying at this property over Labor Day Weekend. Sheila was lovely to work with and communicated quickly. The condo is very convenient to everything in Harbour Town. One in our party has been ill and tires easily, with the convenience of the condo going for a rest was very easy. The condo is beautifully appointed and has all the conveniences and then some. This is a fabulous property and we plan to stay there again.
