About Steve Rotundo

Welcome to Garden Springs Condominiums. As the Property Manager living on the premises, I am able to provide you with assitance getting around this beautiful area, as well as answer some of your questions. I've lived in these mountains for over 30 years, and raised my children here. I appreciate the beauty and majesty of this area, and talk about it whenever I'm traveling. If you've been here before, you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't visited the mountains of North Carolina, then you're in for a treat. I've lived in many places around the world, but have chosen this area as my home. It brings out the best in people!

Steve Rotundo purchased this condo in 2013

Why Steve Rotundo chose Asheville Area

What makes this condo unique

Small town feel, friendly people you feel like you already know, a mecca for artists and crafts people, great choices for dining and entertainment, playground for outdoor enthusiasts from beginners to Olympic athletes. Five minutes to the French Borad River, 20 mintues to Navitat Ziplines, 20 minutes to Biltmore Estate and the downtown area of Asheville.

Clean, comfortable, friendly host and great location!

  • 5 of 5

This was my first time using VRBO, and it went smoothly. The host was on the ball in providing everything we needed for our stay. The location is great for anyone visiting the Asheville area. This property is near Main Street where there are a handful of restaurants which we enjoyed. I am an avid traveler and have stayed in some amazing places all over the world, and I was not disappointed in the least with these accommodations or Weaverville. Shout out to a neat little town!

Excellent Accomodations

  • 5 of 5

Steve provided us a great rental experience. He contacted us prior to our visit and provided information to help us plan our trip and his recommendations were perfect. We appreciated the fresh flowers and locally ground coffee that were waiting for us in the condo. The condo was clean and well stocked, and the beds comfortable.

The location of the condo was very convenient and walkable to Weaverville, where we found restaurants and shops that we enjoyed. We had no trouble getting to local attractions and had an easy drive to DuPont State Forest for hiking.

Thanks, Steve, for a great weekend!

Great Property-Close to Everything

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The condo is well equipped with everything you'll need! Steve even left some local fresh ground coffee and fresh flowers, too. Everything was immaculate and the beds are very comfortable. It is central to everything and there are some great restaurants right in town. I highly recommend booking this place if you travel to the area for a night, a weekend, or longer. You won't be sorry...We weren't!

  • 5 of 5

This turn out to be a great place to stay while visiting Asheville. It was easily accessible off the highway. The condo itself was clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. With wifi, fully furnished kitchen, several TVs and well appointed bathrooms and bedrooms we were comfortable and felt at home. Highly recommended.

Perfect spot to explore Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway!

  • 5 of 5

This spacious condo is perfectly located to enjoy Weaverville while being only a short drive to Asheville

and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The condo is nicely decorated and equipped with everything you might need.

The two bedrooms are separate making it ideal for two couples. It even has a full size washer and dryer.

Steve was a great host and was really easy to work with. He even made sure we had fresh ground coffee!
