Great location, convenient, spacious well accessorized condo, best manager imaginable!!

  • 5 of 5

*Great location - convenient to grocery, Walmart, and downtown Weaverville. Easy quick drive to Asheville and lots of attractions nearby. Condo has lots of literature telling all about the area etc.

*Condo is spacious, plenty of room for 4 folks - we even had 6 there for a week.

*HDTV's in both bedrooms and front room; front room has DVR and DVD - very nice feature!!!

*Steve was way above and beyond: I told him the microwave was acting strange - next day there was a brand new one there! He thought the frying pan looked a bit scratched up - put in a new one.

*I told him I would be working on a project that would use up the dining room table for a while - he delivered 1large and 1 smaller banquet tables. And the dining room was spacious enough for all the tables.

*I had 3 large heavy boxes delivered before we arrived - Steve put them inside for us.

*I brought my bike - needed a place to ride - he took me with him and his daughter to the park in Asheville - great place to ride a bike.

*Condo is nice and convenient etc BUT be aware there is no garbage disposal and no ice maker in trig.

This is OK for his usual short term renters - but we were there for 3 months and it was inconvenient. Tolerable but inconvenient. Also there is no grill or way to grill outside. Just saying'

*Across the street - barber shop, beauty shop and fitness center; 1/2 mile, Ingles great grocery store!; about 1 mile, CVS and Walmart. all very convenient.

*Steve was most accommodating - we locked ourselves out and he was there pronto to let us in. Anything we asked he was there for us. (except the garbage disposal and ice maker :-))

Great spot for girls' trip

  • 5 of 5

This property was perfect for our girls' weekend trip for 5 of us. The kitchen is huge and we were all able to help prepare a great spaghetti dinner that night after picking up groceries nearby at Ingles. We were a quick 15 minute drive from The Biltmore, our main attraction on Saturday. Weaverville is a charming little town with a great restaurant (The Glass Onion) and brew pub (Blue Mountain) located on Main Street downtown. We all slept comfortably in the two queen beds and couch. Be sure to make time on your final morning to stop by the Creperie and Cafe for the french toast crepes!

Great property and great location.

  • 5 of 5

Condo location was great - about 1 mile to downtown Weaverville. About a 20 min walk. Decor was very nice and looked brand new. The owner, Steve, is very responsive to email and gave us great directions to the Blue Ridge Parkway that we never would have figured out ourselves. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Another great stay for the in-laws

  • 5 of 5

For several years we've used the two bedroom, two bath place for family members - our house can't hold everyone for our annual holiday party. This was the first time I've been in the unit, however. Was amazed by the size of the kitchen, the attractive decorative objects, and comfortable 'feel' to the apartment. It was so much better than any hotel or even a B and B. Thanks to Steve for his great customer service. Next year, 3 nights!

Dorota

  • 4 of 5

This apartment was very conveniently located close to town, main roads, interstates, nature and grocery stores. It was well equipped and we had everything we needed to sleep comfortably, prepare meals and enjoy family time around the table or on the couch. I would stay there again and recommend it for a friend.
