The owner, Laura, has offered resort and executive rental properties since 1996, specializing in small properties in Palm Springs and along the Georgia coast.

Laura chose this property for the fabulous central valley location. The cul-de-sac provides wonderful privacy. Golf, tennis and swimming are steps away. Excellent restaurants and activities in Palm Springs and surrounding communities are very accessible. Flights are convenient, and the airport is an easy one to navigate.

The condo floor plan is spacious and open, allowing multiple activities. The larger-than-average bedroom suite and attached bath has its own wing, providing desirable privacy. An additional full bath is perfect for two.

We have enjoyed your condo and the consideration you have shown in making it a comfortable and inviting place to stay for an extended period. It feels like a home. We have been happy here and being here has been a joy.

We have enjoyed exploring the area, with multiple trips to Joshua Tree National Park and into the different mountain ranges that rim the valley. We also have enjoyed the the pool and your patios. I sometimes work at the tables outside.

I assure you that if we get a "Palm" area itch in the future, we will be calling you.

Wonderful As Usual

We just love staying here. So comfortable and everything is in perfect condition. Kitchen appliances are either new or recently added and it is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and all the extras to set a nice table. It's also just a short walk over to the golf course restaurant if you want lunch including a full bar. I had a burger there that was quite tasty.

There was more rain than usual this winter so the extra large living room with the two huge couches and comfy recliner and really big television was definitely appreciated on those dreary days! On the nice days where you want to relax outside there are a few choices where you can just sit and soak up the sun on cushioned patio chairs and the pool and jacuzzi are a few steps away. And of course there's endless things to see and do within minutes.

The condo complex is gated and landscaped well so it's quite pleasant for walking or biking.

There's an enclosed garage for your car which also has a new high end washing machine and dryer. So many other things that I may have forgotten to mention.

This is such a terrific property to stay at. I can't think of one thing that needs to be changed or added. So enjoyable and relaxing and we will stay here every chance we get.

This large condo does not disappoint....super comfy bed, large walkin closet and well equipped kitchen! The living room had plenty of comfortable seating. The bathrooms were updated, clean with awesome towels. We appreciated all the personal touches that made this feel homey.

Perfect Getaway!

Laura's condo was the perfect getaway for a couple friends looking to enjoy some r&r in the desert. It's a mere 10 minutes from the airport. Something, we now appreciate, greatly relieves the stress of travel. The kitchen is well equipped, which inspired us to begin our days with homemade smoothies, followed by a swim in the effectively private pool (we always had it to ourselves) just steps from the back patio. After our afternoon adventures, all 10-20 minutes away, we found ourselves returning to the condo to take advantage of the living room, where both of us had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy a movie on the big screen. If you're looking for a place for some serious r&r, mission accomplished!

Exactly what we wanted, and then some!

This is a wonderful condo, we loved the location with-in the gated complex and the location to shopping and restaurants.You are 15 min from so much! Laura and Eric were awesome hosts and very responsive to any need. The condo was large and inviting, making very easy to entertain 10+ people. Everything was provided and in excellent condition. Laura provides an excellent guide to both the condo and the local area and responded very quickly to any questions. We will be returning next year!

I loved this property!

I stayed at Laura's condo while I was waiting for my own place to be painted and renovated. Her condo is very quiet and very relaxing. The heated pool and jacuzzi are just outside the patio door. The property is very comfortably furnished. Everything is clean and in "tip top" shape. As a single woman staying alone, I felt very safe. The property is in a very good location, very near to a variety of restaurants and nice shopping. I would definitely stay at this property again and I would recommend it highly to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation (as I did) or a more active one since there is opportunity for golf, bike riding, tennis and walking.

Nicely appointed one bedroom condo in very good location.

We had a very nice stay in Cathedral City which is conveniently located between Palm Springs and the golf courses in Palm Desert, etc. The condo is well equipped and nicely furnished. During our stay a plumbing problem developed and Laura and her manager, Eric, dealt with this very promptly and to our satisfaction. The condo is walking distance to the clubhouse at Cathedral Canyon Country Club which has a full service golf operation. We frequently walked there and went to the driving range or short game practice area. Unfortunately, the restaurant in the clubhouse is only open a couple of nights a week although there are many other dining options nearby.

Thank you Randy and Juan, Hammer Pumping (our oh-so-wonderful plumbers), for installing the new dishwasher line on Monday – AND you did it without disturbing our guests. . . . Thank you, Chef Ernesto and Daniella, Rio Azul! You were great to allow me to arrange (long-distance) a gift of dinner for our guests. . . . Eric and I believe our guests’ holidays should be wonderful when they reserve with us. (I asked Warren and Barb for their estimate for being unable to use the dishwasher . . . at their request, I returned $200.) . . . Eric and I pride ourselves on being responsive to all calls and requests, and we have a wonderful team of resource people who are as well. . . . . . . If ONLY we had control over a club house dining room schedule! . . . maybe we would deserve 5 stars instead of 4 . . .
