My name is Michelle and I own Fruita CrashPad a vacation rental management company in Fruita, Colorado. I grew up in the area and feel very fortunate to get to call it home. I love cycling and want to share the great things this community has to offer with the world. If you can do it outdoors, you can do it within 45 minutes of Fruita. Skiing and wine country tourism too!
Michelle Melgares purchased this house in 2007
The house was well prepared upon arrival, Michelle was available and accommodating. Throughout enjoy my stay in palisade and would highly recommend the property to friends and family.
Great location and price. We were all very happy. Spacious living space for enjoying our evenings and extremely comfortable beds.
Great place. Would recommend to any one staying in the Grand Valley.
We had a wonderful girls weekend with six of us. The house was in the perfect location for accessing everything downtown including the bike rental shop, restaurants and more! The pullout couch (with the new foam topper) was actually really nice. Just a few suggestions: more mirrors. Six girls with only one mirror in the bathroom wasn't enough. :) Also perhaps ice cube trays in the freezer. Other than that, everything was perfect and well-communicated. We'll be back for sure.
Four of my friends and I stayed at this house for the weekend. Everything was exactly as described! We biked to vineyards and around town. It was really great.
Really enjoyed the property. Easy to find, convenient location, clean, updated and roomy. Would stay there again. We took advantage of what the town had to offer and what was missing was easy to find in Grand Junction. Michelle texted me all along the way and I had no problem getting in or out, Palisade was smaller than expected and best if you bring your own food since places to eat are lacking in the town.
