This beautiful Noe Valley flat offers every amenity for a comfortable stay. It is the upper duplex unit of a two flat Victorian. The lower level has a large eat-in gourmet kitchen that has just been remodeled in the Victorian style. It has a Wolf range, dishwasher, full-size washer/dryer, and a full complement of high-quality cooking equipment. Beautiful natural stone counter tops provide ample working space.The kitchen is equipped with quality pots, utensils (including sharp knives), and dining service for 8. You will enjoy our kitchen whether you are bringing in pizza or cooking a 5 course meal.
Adjoining the kitchen is a small but charming sitting room with a stunning Twin Peaks view. A nearby bathroom is complete with a new clawfoot tub and updated Victorian fixtures. A beautifully furnished formal dinning room seats 6 . On this level there is a newly furnished bedroom with a queen-size bed. The living room with bay windows and a view of San Francisco Bay completes the lower level.
The upper level consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed and more Bay views. The upper level full bath has two sinks with a granite counter top and tiled shower. The upper level also features our much loved 400 square foot deck with gorgeous Bay and Twin Peaks views- and hot tub!
A driveway parking space is provided with this unit.
The unit is well-served by public transit. We are located on the #35 bus line and one block from the #24 bus. Both these buses link with the Muni light rail system, bringing you within 20-30 minutes of downtown San Francisco or Ocean Beach. A 20-minute walk or the #48 bus takes you to the 24th Street BART station, linking to downtown, and all of the Bay Area cities and airports.
We have enjoyed the Noe Valley community for over thirty years. We raised or grown-up sons here. When we are not in San Francisco, we are on our Kona coffee farm in Hawaii.

The views are stunning from almost every room. The unit covers 1600 square feet not including the large redwood deck. Parking is provided.

Stayed here for a month during a working vacation in San Francisco. It was an awesome and comfortable flat, with amazing views out almost every window. Soaking in the hot tub at night watching the fog roll over Twin Peaks is not a memory I will soon forget. Many thanks Louise & Marvin, hope to stay there again next time I'm in the city.
This is a comfortable, spacious, immaculately clean, and very well-equipped apartment in Noe Valley, where we wanted to stay to be near our relatives. The view from the spacious roof deck is beautiful, and, despite a New Yorker's initial suspicion of the rooftop hot tub as some sybaritic California depravity, a soak under the stars did indeed prove soothing to a sore back from climbing all those hills. It is amazing to see the amount of money pouring into this ever-more upscale neighborhood, as Silicon Valley baby tycoons renovate the houses with impeccable attention to detail, even down to gilding the exterior ornaments. Louise is utterly trustworthy, and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat--even though San Francisco, where one almost never sees a child older than two, has the feel of Pleasantville in the movie. Uber works fine in San Francisco, so you don't need a car, and shops and restaurants are around the corner.
Beautiful interior, spacious well-equipped kitchen saved us a lot of money on meals eaten in, beautiful view from deck- a great space to hang out, never used the hot tub because the weather was a bit too cool for that on our visit, the pasta and cheese shop just down the street is a must-stop (the people there are so friendly and the food was very yummy!). It was a wonderful bonus to have our own parking spot as we had a car and did a lot of sight-seeing throughout the day. Great location in the city. Netflix on the TV was a big plus for my kids after long days. Motion-sensor lights are a great welcome when you're in an unfamiliar home. Bedding was very comfortable and towels were plentiful. Overall, a wonderful, spacious home, that truly felt like just that- home!
My husband and I, and a family friend, needed a central place to stay in San Francisco for our son's wedding. We were so happy to find this particular house as it met all our needs, including a place to park our car. It is in a very safe neighbourhood for our friend to walk in, and to get public transit when we were busy with family times. She loved walking along 24th Street with all the great shops and restaurants and cafes.
It is a great location to get anywhere in San Francisco easily by car or transit.
The house was well outfitted and the kitchen was delightful.
The owners were very helpful, and attentive to our needs.
Were were floored to find such a beautifull home in the perfect neighborhood on our trip to San Francisco. It is every bit as beautiful as the pics, and the deck is even better. There are fabulous views and the home is large, clean, and just the right touch of modern vs. victorian. The driveway parking is a great amenity because the neighborhood is so desirable that parking can sometimes be a challenge. We bought muni/transit passes for the week and were able to see the whole city on a great public transportation system and were dropped off just steps from this home after a full day of sightseeing. Our friends came down from Portland for a couple of days and that is where the driveway parking came in handy. Noe Valley is THE place to stay in San Francisco. We walked down to the Saturday market and found it all so inviting and friendly. We hope to come back soon!
I was very excited to pull up to this beautiful house. Very clean and furnished nicely! Lots of restaurants and amenities around the neighborhood. We did travel up the coast and had a rental car. Parking was trying. The first evening, there was a vehicle across the driveway, but in the morning we were able to park in front of the house. We had dinner the first night at Contigo on 1320 Castro Street (at 24th) and it was sooo good! Second day we walked to Haight & Ashbury. Was a bit of hike, literally, but got to see the San Francisco streets as you should. Toured the Fisherman's Wharf. Came home around 6:30pm to find our rental car's back window smashed out and items stolen (mostly souvenirs that cannot be replaced). I would definitely not recommend leaving anything in your vehicle in this area. I was told by the Enterprise Car Rental that they had two other incidents claimed the same day.....smash & grabs. Police only do a report over the phone, no one came out to look at the situation, so pretty much sure the thief will never be caught. We brushed this off and the next day visited the Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge and Sausalito. We also did the Alcatraz night tour and it was fabulous! So other than the car incident and no hot tub as promised, this house is in a great spot and I'd recommend it to visitors.
The unit is located in the heart of Noe Valley, one of the most walk friendly neighborhoods in San Francisco. Two blocks from 24th St. a premier shopping and restaurant destination. Also two blocks from 2 parks with tennis courts, play structures, basketball courts and lawns.
