Our 7th floor studio offers spectacular views of the Molokai channel and island of Lanai. Guests can enjoy the beautiful ocean views from inside the studio as well as from the private balcony lanai. The decor is newly custom renovated in the 'island style' using teak furniture and all new appliances. Couples will find it the perfect place for a romantic Maui getaway or a truly island-style vacation for a small family.

The Kaanapali Shores is a 3-star, AAA rated oceanfront resort located on famous North Kaanapali Beach. A large open-air lobby greets you when you arrive at the Kaanapali Shores. You will know that you are in Maui as you smell the flowers and walk through the beautiful grounds, passing a waterfall, a gazebo, and the garden pool. The main pool is oceanfront and has a Jacuzzi.You can relax in a chaise lounge on the beach and watch the sunset, shoreline activities, or whales (in season December through April). Whaler's Village and Lahaina are only a few minutes away.
Two wheeled motorbikes have been part of our pass time since we were younger. Many years ago a few of us talked and joked about someday opening a scooter shop in the tropics. A large part of that dream involved participating in helping those on vacation have the time of their life. It wasn't until recently that we realized the Scooter Shop was really a metaphor for something slightly different.
We purchased our first two properties on Maui in the beginning of 2013 under our new business partnership, Scooter Shop Properties. Our goal is to help those who stay at Scooter Shop Properties have the best vacation ever. We promise to be prompt, helpful and available to help in every way.
We understand that traveling to Hawaii can be expensive so we are committed to having competitively affordable rates. We also have lots of good leads on inexpensive equipment rentals, food options and methods of saving you money. :)

We chose Kaanapali Shores #732 for several reasons. First, the resort itself is top notch and in the best location for a truly hawaiian tropical experience. When you arrive at Kaanapali Shores, you know you've made it to Hawaii. Our unit is #732 which is perfectly situated so the sun does not beat directly into the unit unlike many of the front units. The view of the ocean and Molokai is also stunning. The kitchen is newly updated with granite counter tops and appliances.
The view from the lanai is amazing.
The condo was well stocked with all the necessities and it was great to have a full size fridge to save money on breakfast and lunch since all food was very expensive in Maui!! Bed was actually very comfortable even sharing it with a 6'5" man! Best rental price on the island for snorkeling equipment in the pool area (it was $35 for 2 of us for a full week!) finally, view was great but the beach access right off the property is even better! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
Everything was pretty great. Room was in very clean condition, resort amenities were a plus, location of overall resort was a good midpoint, and amazing views from the balcony as well as the front entrance of 723. Owners are very good at communicating with you before the trip and make everything easy. I would give this rental five stars in a heartbeat because it really was great; however...
The only issue we had was the bed really needs to be updated. The springs make sounds with every movement, and your partner will feel every adjustment you make during the night. You wake up feeling pretty stiff and sore every morning. It's either an old bed or a cheap bed. Even if you've had a relaxing day with no physical activities, you will wake up feeling like you did the road to Hana the previous day.
We enjoyed our stay, and really will consider staying here again if the owners invest in a better bed.
Location was close to everything! Few minutes away from Front St. with good shopping, restaurants and the beach. The unit was clean and perfect for my husband and I. Has a full kitchen and balcony that was relaxing and had a water view. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations.
My husband and I stayed in this Aston Kaanapali Shores unit for a 9-day vacation in March of 2016. The unit is well appointed and has a great view of the ocean (set back from the beach a bit so it is unlikely you will see whales from the unit without binoculars). We did not sit out on the lanai very much due to wind conditions, but the floor-to-ceiling window/sliding glass door allowed us to appreciate the view regardless. The building is older and the unit finishes are mostly original (kitchen was semi-updated with granite counters), but appeared well maintained. We had a few minor maintenance issues with things breaking, but they were promptly resolved upon request. Russ was great and very quick to respond to any and every request.
As for location, we wished there had been more good restaurants and shopping within walking distance, but there were many options within a quick drive. There is a grocery store with strip mall restaurants directly across the street - nothing to get excited about, but nice to have options within walking distance if you don't feel like driving. Definitely recommend getting a rental car if you plan on staying here (unreserved parking permit costs an additional $8/day). We spent quite a bit of time in Lahaina Historic Town and appreciated the quick 10-minute drive.
Overall, we would recommend for the price.
Excellent property overall, this condo very well outfitted. We tried most of the owners recommendations for dinning on the island. They were right in every case. Star Noodle is a must do by the way.
When we return we would not consider a different unit. 732 has a great view, was very comfy and had the extras that make it feel like home. (Blender, well equipped kitchen, extra beach towels, etc)
We paid to park on property which we highly recommend.

My husband and I vacationed in Maui for our anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect - a short drive north to Napili and south to the wider part of Kaanapali and downtown Lahaina. We can't wait to come back! Our only wish was that there was snorkel gear provided (was missing during our stay), but there are plenty of places to rent for a fair price. Owner was very responsive of all inquiries - Thank you, Russ!

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made up to 45 days prior to arrival. All canceled reservations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee regardless of cause. Refunds within the 45 day period prior to arrival will be made for only the nights that are rebooked. No refunds are made for unused nights resulting from late arrival or early departures regardless of cause. Owner reserves the right to cancel reservations with 90 days notice to the prospective renter. All deposits on reservations that are cancelled by property owner will be fully refunded.
