Historic Old Northeast Apartment Rental Photos and Description

Awesome Old Northeast location in walking distance to all St. Pete offers!

Location, location! This upstairs 2 bed 1 bath is located in a beautiful historic bungalow. Private entrance and a light and bright, quiet and very clean space! Nice furniture and linens make this very inviting and comfortable. Kitchen features stove, fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, silverware and a washer and dryer. Comfy couch, TV and reading chair in the living room. Cable and wi fi included. 2 bedrooms offers many options for guests. While the larger bedroom features a queen size bed, night stands and a dresser, the smaller second bedroom has a twin bed and a desk for your lap top or any other work you may need to do while in St. Pete. The living room couch can be converted into a bed as well,- so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

I aim to please and strive to have what guests may need or want. I live close by and like the apartment to be clean and welcoming for guests.

About Haike Abraham

I am born and raised in Germany and I gratuated the University in Berlin with a Bachelor Degree in Business

Since 1987 I have been making the Old Northeast in St. Petersburg my home of choice. I am a licensed, active Real estate broker since 1991 and enjoy meeting people. My hobbies are jogging, biking and swimming, while I am very interested in the middle ages, France and visual arts. I travel to Europe every summer to see my wonderful family in a small town in North Germany. I am the proud mother of a 16 year old young man.

Haike Abraham purchased this apartment in 1995

Why Haike Abraham chose Florida

This property is very charming and and I used to live in this house myself. The location is just excellent, because of all the fun activities downtown , that are in walking distance. Many restaurants, stores, museums, coffee shops, the movies....are within an easy walk. St. Pete's beautiful waterfront on Tampa Bay is also only a few steps away. Besides the beautiful views, there are safe and clean parks, where you can just relax, play tennis or go jogging, throw a frisbie or take your dog to one of the two great dog parks close by. One of the best public pools in the country is located at North Shore, 5 minute walk. I live one block away and I can assist your needs easily that way.

What makes this apartment unique

Wonderful light and spacious. Best suited for 2 or 3 people, but the apartment can accomodate 4 people comfortably. The apartment has it's own washer and dryer and comes equipped with all things you may need.

WALKABILITY is the word! If you are in St. Pete because of all the cultural activities, this is the spot for you!

We had a fabulous two months at Haika's lovely apartment in St. Petersburg. The apartment feels spacious with lots of windows that provide natural lighting. The apartment is only blocks away from Tampa Bay and a fabulous public swimming pool. It is also walking distance to downtown and Beach Drive where there are shops and restaurants. Starbucks is only a few blocks away, as is CVS. Trader Joe's is only about a mile away. Haika is a wonderful host and quickly responded to any questions we had. We highly recommend this apartment!

So much better than a hotel room!

  • 5 of 5

Stayed here with my family of 4 while in town for a wedding. Everyone else crammed into hotel rooms with their kids - for way more money. This little house was perfect for us. Easy walk down to the water where everything was happening, but far enough away fob the action to find easy parking and quiet streets. About a block and a half from excellent pizza - we really enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect for our needs

  • 4 of 5

We loved staying in the historic district with its close proximity to the downtown. It was also near the Sunken Gardens where our son was getting married. The extra room was helpful as relatives came into town and needed a bed for an evening. The couch makes for a temporary resting place as well. I did not get to meet Haike, but she was always able to be contacted and responded quickly. Highly recommended for a trip to St. Petersburg.

Will Be Back

  • 5 of 5

We were coming to St. Pete for a family graduation and wanted an alternative to the normal motel/hotel room or a bed and breakfast. Recently discovered and took a look. Found this place and a took a shot. And we were so glad we did. For 2 or 3 people, the apartment is fantastic. Haike is a perfect hostess and provided everything we needed for our stay. The place is close to downtown and the bay (within walking distance), but far enough away to be very quiet. About 3 times larger than a motel room, everything you need is here except food and clothes. Bring your own as you normally would and have room to roam.
