Located just inland from easy beach access, this house is several blocks north of Seaside's downtown area, making it convenient to all the city's best attractions! Walk or bike down to do some shopping, dining, and people-watching along bustling Broadway Street, or hop in the car to drive through Seaside or to the neighboring towns of Gearhart or Cannon Beach. Though with the beach so close, you might just be tempted to spend your entire stay strolling along the sandy shore!
This two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom house is set up with two queen beds in one room and one queen bed in the second room to accommodate up to six guests. A cozy living room is a fantastic place to congregate and share stories in front of the wood-burning fireplace, though you could also watch cable TV, use the DVD player, or access the free WiFi to stay entertained.
A full kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and cooking tools. Sit at the dining room table to eat your home-cooked meals, or take your plates outside to the deck to dine. There's also a charcoal grill if you like to cook outside, plus a wonderful firepit for after-dinner s'mores. Additional amenities include a selection of board games, a laundry area, and even an adorable windowseat off the kitchen, you'll feel right at home here.
This home has a great setup to accommodate a multi-generational family, two couples traveling together, or a small group of friends. Though the nearby beach is certainly the main attraction, you could also easily drive to the region's fabulous state parks and varied cities.

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Love the orca beach house, very spacious and has everything you need to feel at home. Great location and not far from the beach.
The Orca house was perfect for our family of 4. We spent the day traversing Fort Stevens and Clatsop before spending the evening on the promenade and winning some prizes at the arcade. The house was reasonably priced, well maintained and a great setup for our family. The biggest bonus which is always hard to tell from looking at a property online is just how close it was to the beach and to downtown. It was well within walking distance to downtown and just a block off of the beach. We had a great time and will probably come back to this location next winter!
Great little spot with excellent location! This was the perfect place to stay on the coast!
We had a great time in Seaside. This old charming home will be a great stop while you enjoy the beach and hiking trails in the area. If we had visited while it was dry and warmer, we would have loved all the outdoor seating. Nice beds, cozy pillows and soft linens are a plus!
This house was in a great location! It was a stormy weekend, but we were sheltered pretty well from the wind, and we could watch the waves from the front room. We were close enough to the beach to run out there as soon as the storms cleared. It was a nice size for our family of four. Although we usually try a different house each year when we go to Seaside, I think we will try to return this one next year.
