Featuring a great location just half a block from the Promenade, peekaboo ocean views from the deck, and a homey atmosphere, this cottage in Seaside is just the place for your next coastal vacation.
Located just inland from easy beach access, this house is several blocks north of Seaside's downtown area, making it convenient to all the city's best attractions! Walk or bike down to do some shopping, dining, and people-watching along bustling Broadway Street, or hop in the car to drive through Seaside or to the neighboring towns of Gearhart or Cannon Beach. Though with the beach so close, you might just be tempted to spend your entire stay strolling along the sandy shore!
This two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathroom house is set up with two queen beds in one room and one queen bed in the second room to accommodate up to six guests. A cozy living room is a fantastic place to congregate and share stories in front of the wood-burning fireplace, though you could also watch cable TV, use the DVD player, or access the free WiFi to stay entertained.
A full kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and cooking tools. Sit at the dining room table to eat your home-cooked meals, or take your plates outside to the deck to dine. There's also a charcoal grill if you like to cook outside, plus a wonderful firepit for after-dinner s'mores. Additional amenities include a selection of board games, a laundry area, and even an adorable windowseat off the kitchen, you'll feel right at home here.
This home has a great setup to accommodate a multi-generational family, two couples traveling together, or a small group of friends. Though the nearby beach is certainly the main attraction, you could also easily drive to the region's fabulous state parks and varied cities.

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
This house was in a great location! It was a stormy weekend, but we were sheltered pretty well from the wind, and we could watch the waves from the front room. We were close enough to the beach to run out there as soon as the storms cleared. It was a nice size for our family of four. Although we usually try a different house each year when we go to Seaside, I think we will try to return this one next year.
Very homey. Excellent outdoor space if it hadn't rained the entire time we were there. But being native Oregonians, we didn't mind!!
The beds in the main bedroom were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. There were plenty of cleaning supplies. We appreciated having radio, games and books available. The book collection and antique collections were very interesting. As I said the house and its contents are charming.
Nice place and convenient location. Good value for a stay.
What’s not to love about ORCA House? It’s walls are rich with art, the splendid beach is only steps away, the playground and bike rental stores are nearby, and all the diversions of Broadway are a mere seven blocks down the Prom. Indoors it is blessed with a dishwasher, hair dryer, clothes washer/dryer, a TV/DVD player, and handy cleaning supplies all of which make a vacation that much easier. Sleeping arrangements are flexible, bath and beach towels are generous, and there is a closet full of beach toys and puzzles for teens and adults (but not for smaller kids which is an oversight). Vacasa, which manages the property, has compiled a book of FAQ, was quick to answer questions that were not listed in the book such as the proximity of the marvelous Bell Buoy on Route 101, between T & S sts, which sells fresh seafood to cook in ORCA’s well equipped kitchen, seven days of the week. Why does vacation have to end!!
