Property Management is my passion for over 10 years. Meeting people, seeing them smile and relax at a beautiful home they have just checked into is a great joy and job fulfillment.

Villa Jayla is wonderful. It had everything we wanted and things we didn't know we needed (2 kayaks, beach chairs, beach towels, washer/dryer, prepaid cell phone, landline) and the kitchen was nicely appointed. We especially loved the views. In the morning, there's shade on the covered porch/balcony and in the afternoon, there's shade by the poolside. So whether you want shade or sun, there is a spot for you with a view. Rhonnda was very helpful (and gracious when I lost the house key!). It was an easy and relaxing stay on the quieter side of the island. We would return again in a heartbeat.
We spent one week with another couple at beautiful, peaceful Villa Jayla and would undoubtedly spend another week here when we decide to come back! Rhondda was the perfect host from start to finish, she met us at the airport and escorted us back to the home, which was fully equipped with everything we could ask for. Our favorite place was the large front porch with sweeping views of Silly Creek and the ocean in the background. We would sit out there with our coffee every morning. There are also kayaks available, which were great to explore the creek on a lazy afternoon or even just sitting on the dock with our feet in the water. The pool was refreshing and relaxing with comfortable lounge chairs, and we enjoyed grilling in the evening and looking up that incredible expanse of stars from our own little private island hideaway. While everything is relatively close, a car is necessary on this part of the island. We enjoyed Sapodilla Bay, just a five or so minute drive, as well as exploring some of the more remote beaches--no neeed to bring beach towels as the house is well stocked with them along with pretty much anything else you need . We truly had a fantastic time, the house was the perfect size for our group, offering peace and serenity off the beaten path. This was our first Caribbean vacation and we couldn't have picked a better spot. We hope to return again! Thanks Rhondda!
My Girlfriend and I spent 10 days at Villa Jayla a few weeks ago, it was such a delightful, private, relaxing break. Having your own pool with a great view was wonderful to come back to every afternoon after going out on adventures snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding etc. Rhondda the property manager was extremely helpful with recommendations or communication and the local cell phone provided was a great addition in amenities along with the welcome basket of fruit and snacks and a few cold beers waiting when we got there from the airport after traveling. We would recommend this to any couple or small family looking to get away from it all and see the beautiful waters of the TCI without having to be in the middle of all the resorts in the Grace Bay area, the quiet tranquility of the Chalk Sound area was great. We enjoyed buying fresh fish from the guys that Rhondda recommended and grilling it on the deck poolside for dinner most nights. Wish we were still there!
We recently stayed at Villa Jayla for 11 days and truly enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely appointed with everything you need down to toiletries. We enjoyed kayaking in Silly Creek, floating around the pool and sitting on the porch even on the rainy days. As repeat visitors to Provo, we find the best part to be just relaxing which this house definitely lends itself to. The house is located in a quiet area of Silly Creek with great views, was very clean and wonderfully decorated down to the bunnies/eggs for the upcoming Easter holiday. On evenings when we did not dine out, we grilled at the house. TV reception was intermittent through our stay - not sure if this had to do with the weather.
Just got back from a wonderful trip to Turks & Caicos topped off by a fabulous stay at Villa Jayla. The place is located on the south side of the island away from the hustle and bustle of other tourists, but close enough so that you can get to the beach areas fairly quickly. Let me just say that Rhondda and her staff were right there to answer any questions we had. Everything you can possibly need is right there at your fingertips, from the time you are picked up by Rhondda and her staff until you leave. Having the car available while there was a real plus. We were hesitant to drive at first because you drive on the opposite side than the US, but within 15 minutes we became real experts. We woke each morning to a beautiful sunrise, and ended most evenings with a beautiful sunset, unless we were out and about. However, everything you need is at the Villa so it will be hard to tear yourself away. We want to thank Rhondda for providing a place that was private, clean, conveniently located, and with the most breathtaking view you can imagine. Anika, you were great too and so helpful. You can definitely plan on seeing us again to enjoy the sun, fun, and overall fabulousness that is Villa Jayla. Anyone out there looking, don't look any further. This is the place for you!!!! To all future guests at Villa Jayla, ENJOY, ENJOY, ENJOY!!!!!
Myself and 12 year old daughter stayed at Villa Jayla, August 5-10, 2015 and had a glorious time. Rhondda was a wonderful host and her assistant, Anika - top notch. The house was clean and nicely decorated and was equipped with everything a family would need (food aside) for a wonderful vacation... Even down to the sunscreen. While vacationing, we often find ourselves itching to explore. However, we never felt the need to leave. We spent a few hours at Taylor and Sapodilla Bay, but neither compared to what we had back at Jayla. I'd get up in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee on the veranda, make a light breakfast and become a poolside lounge lizard ALL DAY LONG. I don't think I've ever been so relaxed in my life. The view of Chalk Sound was breathtaking, and the property so private, I found my daughter skinny dipping one afternoon while preparing lunch. It truly is a magical place, and I would recommend Villa Jayla to anyone who is looking to stay in Chalk Sound. We spent a total of 14 nights in TCI and the best part of our vacation was our 5 nights at Villa Jayla - hands down...... You just have to experience it for yourself.
